Will we find this gift under our tree?

The current price is a gift as such, I could not wish for more same time last year

I hope that it can be happen before christmass but it is nearly christmass few days ago we will experience of staying the price at 700 level this is what i thought.. but i am still hoping that the price will touch even in 800 value because there is still possibility before christmass that the price will touch into 800 value.. 1k value right now is impossible to happen..

I really would love this but I have my doubts about it, it can stay rising and reaching it but it can also go to the wrong direction these days are not predictable anymore.

A holiday or yearly event won't give impact on bitcoin price at all, so i think we won't see bitcoin price at $1000 by Christmas this year.
But, who knows if big companies such as google give present to bitcoiner on Christmas by accept bitcoin as payment, then we might see bitcoin price at $1000.

I agree that Christmas won't give a positive impact on bitcoin price.  If there is many stores that accept bitcoin it is possible that it will create a good demand to bitcoin but the problem is not all country have the same privilege as others that have so many merchant accepting bitcoin.  And in this country where bitcoin merchant is rare to find, they will be forced to sell their bitcoin and buy stuff needed in Christmas.  there is indeed a dump during this days.  So having 1k USD is not possible.

I see the current price as a gift as well. If I look at how the market has been performing lately, then it's fairly easy to assume that the price will not reach $1000 this month.

I understand that people want to reach $1000 but why so soon? I want the price to go up in a slow but sustainable manner instead of the old fashion pump.

I am very happy with how the price has been performing this year, and that's also the reason I am perfectly fine with the price not reaching $1000 this year.

I also think it looking much hard to get touch $1000 by this Christmas. Maybe price will rise and can cross $800 but nobody can tell the exact price of bitcoin. With current trend I don't think it would be there.

Just be positive, there are plenty of enough time to test those price levels. Usually people prefer to spend more for their festivals and celebrations in next two weeks of time we can expect people will buy bitcoins for better saving with their shopping. These 2 weeks are more than enough to cover the differences of $250 gap.

We might notice every year chart specially in the time of Christmas an new year it used to pump to some good amount every year. Hoping for this year also to reach some peak value due to this is a halving year.

I don't think we are going to see that price that soon, my personal prediction is early summer of the next year at the earliest or late autumn at the latest, bitcoin price is growing but I don think we should expect such a huge jump in price overnight.

Nothing wrong with being optimistic to a certain extent, but you're being too optmistic here. It's not an easy thing to eat through the $235 difference in the price. If we get to reach $800 then we first have to make sure we maintain that price level. I can guarantee you that it won't stay above that price for long as serious dumps will push the price significantly below $800 again.

I accept the fact that the price of bitcoin are much stable than it was before the price would play around a range and then seeing a spike but if you check the charts we did have huge spikes in price within a couple of days and the holiday season coming i dont expect the price to be $1k but i would like to see the price around $740 to $840 range.

Well, the bitcoin price has been so unpredictable that it can be perfectly possible, although I prefer to be more conservative in my expectations, so I don't see a price above the strong resistance level of $800.

Not just 800 more it 770 big resistance but if this is somehow broken or even 800 broken don't think we will go over 900 in that case
For me between 800-850 is realistic for this year end and that is max price

it is not possible to give any time for the $1000 price because things may be a lot different in the next year we can tell for sure that it will not happen in one month (till the end of this year) but we can hope for $800 and reaching $1000 may be another excruciatingly long event that takes us even a complete year of stable price on $800 and then $900 and 4 month of struggling to break $1000 unless some good and big news breaks out.

I think bitcoin could cover $250 gap in two weeks as the current price has constantly increases around 1-2% daily even though there are some declined, but I don't expect we will see $1000 by this christmas if bitcoin keep on track likes in this month.
