If some ICO which developer team had show thier faces on the video had still scam people here in bitcointalk, i wouldn't trust someone these days unless funds are being escrowed and linkedin profile and photos aren't purposely blurred unlike OP.

The team is growing and we're going to have a better presentation of the team members. However, the presentation on the website is much more complete as information on each member is more visible.

We're going to do more than just show faces on videos, such as by attending events. More details will be added soon.

LinkedIn profiles will be linked in the next update to the team section. We were going to add them to this publication but because more team members were added, we decided to update it a lot instead. However, if you'd like, you can go to the website and click on the images which pulls up a profile of each person. Our LinkedIn profiles are mostly public as well and searching for us on LinkedIn should bring up our profiles. You can also go to our company page and find us there.

The photos have an effect to them on the website due to the desires of the designer. The photos on our LinkedIn profiles are much clearer.

More things to address uneasiness by potential participants in the ICO are being looked into.
