Due to several inquiries from stakeholders, regarding their Nxt Address’ secret passphrase, we have implemented the following procedure, before distributing ADL coins to everyone: All stakeholders are required to verify that they have a valid passphrase by generating a token using their Nxt account ( https://nxt.org/download/). This procedure verifies that the stakeholder is using a correct secret passphrase. Once a token is generated in the Nxt account, the stakeholder needs to copy this token into their Adel Dashboard (Note that Step 7 will be implemented before midnight tonight). Then Adel will validate this token and activate the transfer of ADL coins to the stakeholder’s Nxt address. These steps ensure: 1. The stakeholder's Nxt Address is correct 2. Their secret passphrase works (because token’s can only be generated with the correct passphrase) 3. By clicking "confirm" in the Dashboard the stakeholder confirms they have safely stored their secret passphrase. 4. They have full access to their Nxt wallet. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR NXT ADDRESS “SECRET” PASSPHRASE IS SECURED AND WORKING BY TESTING IT WITH THE NXT DESKTOP APP: https://nxt.org/download/. ONLY STAKEHOLDERS WHO HAVE CONFIRMED SAFE STORAGE OF THEIR SECRET PASSPHRASE WILL RECEIVE THEIR ADL COINS. ADEL WILL NOT REISSUE ADLs IF THE STAKEHOLDER HAS LOST THEIR SECRET PASSPHRASE. The PDF can be found on our Slack channel here: https://adelchat.slack.com/files/gdusil/F5RR119PD/adel_-_walkthrough__nxt_wallet__token_generation__v0.4_.pdfHi Adel, Why is the withdrawal process so complicated? Why do investors have to now generate a token by downloading the nxt wallet? How about just implementing a withdrawal button so that investors can enter their nxt wallet address, or the address to which ever exchange they want to send their tokens too? To see how to generate a token, you now have to join the slack. If there are so many steps, could you pls just list how to generate a token instructions here so that everyone can see and so that they don't have to join the slack. Hi Adel, Why is the withdrawal process so complicated? This manual is not for withdrawing Adel. If you were attending in the ICO and want your BTC back you can contact adel by email. This manual is for distribution of Adel, but since Adel runs on the Nxt blockchain and there were users that forgot their passphrase, Adel wants to be sure every attendant will have their ADL and will be able to reach it with their passphrase (so in the future users will be able to Exchange them if needed). Why do investors have to now generate a token by downloading the nxt wallet? Adelphoi (ADL) token runs on the Nxt blockchain for now since Ardor platform is not live yet. Like i explained above. To be able to know if you stored your passphrase correctly as an attendant, Adel is doing a final check together with you as the user. Hi Adel, Ok, now i understand, but could you pls post the how to generate a token instructions below, or provide a link to the pdf file, without having to join the slack? Investors shouldn't have to join the slack just to get the how to token generate a token instructions.

this is very complicated,, hope the token will show in my NXT Desktop soon,, why didn't sent it just like the others tokens ? there have been so many inquires regarding the Nxt account, this past week - and problems with the secret passphrases - that we realized this additional step will be necessary to get everyone to familiarize themselves with their passphrases. For Nxt veterans, this token generation step will be a simple process. But we have a lot of participants who are new to crypto, blockchain and bitcoin, and are not familiar with the nomenclature, and other nuances of this industry. Many of these users have entered the blockchain space because of our AML/CTF/KYC compliance. So we just want to ensure that these (and all users) safely receive their ADL coins.

Dear Adel Team members, I am encountering a problem when trying to generate a token and it is worrying me a lot. When entering the ICO I have copied and stored my secret passphrase on 3 separate files to make absolutely sure it could not be lost or run into to any problems.. - given how you have put emphasis on this matter, I made sure this secret passphrase was stored safely and ready for finalising this process... I have just clicked on the manual here above and followed the instructions... went to settings and clicked ''generate token'' STEP 4: As instructed I have written ''Adel'' (case sensitive) in the top field, and the secret phrase in the bottom field... It gives me an ''incorrect passphrase'' error. Further I see in the manual that I should receive the generated token (STEP 5) and copy it in my dashboard on the https://ico.adelphoi.io/app/account ICO dashboard... for step 6 i have to confirm that i have stored my passphrase safely... I clicked that ''confirm'' button i think 9 days ago (!!!!!!) - because of the sole reason that I had my secret passphrase stored safely and thought that was the very first action to take after the ICO ended on June 1st.... On step 7 I am supposed to see a field on my dashboard to ''enter'' the token but obviously that field is not there any longer, since i clicked that confirm button over a week ago... I am just seeing ''confirmed'' on the top left corner of my dashboard, underneath : Your NXT acccount This is very disturbing to me as I am not educated enough in this process to have understood all the necessary actions... It was not until just now in this thread made clear that i could not have clicked that confirm button, without having gone through the ''generate token'' process firstly... I just clicked confirm because as requested I did store my passphrase safely as requested.... I thought that was the ''confirm'' all about, just to double check I had my secret phrase still stored safely on a file/e-mail.... How could I have known that This entire click settings, generate token was all needed prior to clicking the ''confirm'' button... As I am not an IT specialist or have any prior experience with NXT I had no idea whatsoever what '' generating a token'' even meant in the first place... Now I am in a situation where I logged in happily on my dashboard, see my ADL token amount (which is quite substantial i may add), looking at a confirmed account.. all looks good... then i see this manual that has only just been posted here... happily follow the steps... and BAM, incorrect passphrase... and nothing!!! I am absolutely 100% sure that my secret passphrase is CORRECT, even copy pasted it from all 3 files separately... but now i am stuck... All because I neatly followed instructions and clicked ''CONFIRM'' to understate I have my passphrase stored safely right after June 1st... I am definitely and cordially requesting your help to help me solve this situation.. Personally I have no clue what to do now... Can the dashboard account be unconfirmed so I can firstly generate the token in the NXT wallet? How come my secret passphrase is not being recognised as I have it identically stored from the very first day of ICO participation on 3 separate files? Is it possible to get in touch and offer you my passphrase to solve the situation? Please help, kind regards P.S. Furthermore I just noticed that in your manual step 6 and 7 fall under the ''ICO'' tab... For me the ICO tab is now grey and not clickable any longer... I can only click on the tabs '' Account'' and ''Voting''... all in all i am quite shocked about what just occurred... I would really appreciate help on the matter

@everyone, apologies for the delay in getting the validation screen ready. It has now been deployed, so please enter your generated token data, and click "validate". We will begin to transfer ADL coins in the morning, to stakeholders who have "confirmed" and "validated". site to upload photos

Many investors did this a few days ago, so how do they undo the confirmed click? Is it possible for them to just log back in and past the generated token info into the slot and confirm will pop back up for them to click again? will this work?

If this is the case then it would be best to create a new Nxt address in your Nxt wallet, and get a new passphrase, then enter your new Nxt address into your Adel account. The new validation screen is now deployed. So take a look if it is there now. You need to confirm + validate: Step 6 is confirmation that you have stored their secret passphrase. Then you "validate" in Step 7 that you know how to use your passphrase by generating a token

Well the NXT and ADL addresses were the same but nonetheless... I have indeed created a new NXT address with first time login, and adjusted that address in my dashboard... It seems all is ok now Still the secret passphrase that i received at the start of the ICO was not involved at all doing this just now... I entered the secret password of the newly created NXT wallet... Anyway I am confirmed and validated... Looks like we are getting there, fingers crossed Many thanks!! To all the others experiencing problems, i just did: 1. log in creating new wallet with NXT software (not returning user, the other option), and store wallet address + public key on a file 2. generate new token and save it by copy pasting it into your notes or wordpad etc... 3. log into ADL ICO dashboard and change your NXT wallet (wallet address + public key) in top left corner for the newly created NXT wallet with the software 4. enter the Generated Token you just copy pasted, into the field in the dashboard 5. and voila, it worked Thanks Gabriel & Co. Looking forward to seeing those ADL's somewhere in NXT shortly... not sure exactly where but well tackle that once I see that the tokens are delivered by notification

If there is space you will get the error sign. Do this and it will work.

Please check if there are no typos in your passphrase. Did you make another account that connects to that passphrase and that you didnt change it in the Adel portal?
