In our case the burn worked by sending coins to various burn address that weren't generated by the blockchain but are not part of it.

You can see the burn addresses on them marked on the block explorer top 100 rich list.

These addresses do not reside in anyone's Qt.. they are burn addresses made up whole cloth to publicly show the coins were burned.

Getting started being pumped ?   Seems insane is getting much attention now, I stumbled on the thread titled, Insane speculation, got me curious and now I am replying here.  It is quite a bit early to say something about Insane but well I am catching up on the info.  I checked the trading charts and indeed Insane price had balloon more than 3400% in just two weeks.  Anyway, Ill be watching this thread from now on, and wait for Insane price to go down before scooping some from dumps
