Play with your profit or not?

When you guys are gambling and already doubled your bankroll, do you still play with the whole money you got or you take away half of your bankroll and start playing with your profit or not?

You should never gamble your profit away. Just use your deposited money till you get bored or have to go or lose everything and withdraw what you won. Using your moeny that you've won will probably push you to gamble even more, till you lose everything.

You should never gamble your profit away. Just use your deposited money till you get bored or have to go or lose everything and withdraw what you won. Using your moeny that you've won will probably push you to gamble even more, till you lose everything.

That is true, it is always best if you withdraw your winnings and then continue playing with your set bankroll. That indeed will keep you away from over gambling and save you some decent amount of money.

Yes, playing again with our profits will give some advantage like we are not risking our hard earned money but only what we just earned with gambling. But the actual problem is, we will not have any limit how much profits we can re-add to gambling and this will be leading to 100% re-adding to bankroll and finally losing all the profits.

That is the reason people are suggesting not to use profits to gamble again and again.

Good, at least you will be able to enjoy your profit, you will not gonna win all the time so winning should be treasured.
Play with your bankroll and you cannot say you are in profit while you are still playing because you might end up losing, hence it's really important to know your limit so you know when and why you should stop.

There's a always a chance to lose even you gamble with your profit or not. A win is a win and a capital is a capital so what's your priority with it? I'm going to cut my losses and will be getting back my original capital.

from my personal experience most peoples like to risk the whole winning at once to earn some more big chunks but thats not a good habbit for me personally because by doing this you will surely end of loosing winning + starting amount at one day. The best way to earn money by gambling is to have proper bankroll management after having a great win. Do not increase your bet size gradually after your winning and always tries to cut the portion of winning at safe place from your betting bankroll because whenever you looses your winning that savings on wining will surely help you lot .

The moment I earn profit, I start treating it as my own money not as it was some extra thing thrown in my way  and I if I would lose that money in gambling, it would definitely give me a lose feeling. Like to celebrate my winnings by eating food or sometimes I just save it.

As far as I know you have the nothing to lose feeling when you really have nothing to lose. This is not the case when you have some profit. If you continue to play then you can lose your profit and I doubt that that would be a good feeling.

It seems to me that playing with your profit is the same as playing with your destiny. I do not think this is a normal position. Gard. Well, Aha. You need to have a certain amount of your finances that you can spend on gambling and this should not affect negatively on your home budget.

I never play for all the money that I have. If I win, then I postpone some of the money immediately. And the rest can still play.

I think you are right, most of the gamblers just don't calculate how much they have already made in profit or in loss. They will just keep playing with big dream of earning big with gambling but by end of the day they will just loss all they have deposited + profit they might have made before.

Playing with only profit will allow gamblers to keep their initial deposit safe to play in future rather than gambling madly without any limits.

It is still ok to use all the profit for entertainment/gambling. As long as you dont spend what you cant afford to lose then you are fine. In the first place, not many can even profit in the first place. But they still come and continue to play.

But it's better to keep some of your profit rather than using it all just to play it again in gambling because you might lose all of it and you're gonna regret it in the end. Keep atleast 50% of it for your savings then the rest is all yours and its up you on how you're going to use / spend it.

In my opinions playing with your profits is not an option at all. This is really a foolish act. The other way round is to get out of the house with the earned profits in your pockets so that you can have some fun with that. It must be used for needs or saved up besides for the next days.

a real addicted gambler would of course prefer to choose to gamble again and again until there's no ending and broke in the end, just the matter of time how long they could survive. sigh it's not a strange story. better to cash the winning out and enjoy while you can. rather than continue , getting heated to gamble more and more. really it wasn't a good idea.

I guess that's a good and trusted advice from a member rank like you mate, and everybody must cooperate here and this forum is big help to those people whose greed with their profit. Expecting for other profit like playing gambling isn't a nice idea which most gamblers prefer to do, and having an advice coming from an experienced member in the forum is worth helping. That's a better options to have, and coming back for another for your fun gambling game without a huger profit; setting only small amounts for your betting games is really a good strategy.
