Play with your profit or not?

I don't think it is a good idea to play with the profits you won from gambling, recently I just saw a guy who won almost $150K USD from playing dice on his stats, and just a few days later, his stats went into high negative, which he lost almost $200K USD from his own pocket.

One should not play with all the profit won by the gambling because this will put his real amount from which he had made profits in risk. At least half of the amount of gambling profit should be saved by the gambler for meeting his future needs. It was a bigger blunder from his side because he should have saved some of this money but he didn’t realized after losing one or two games that his luck is not working  and at last met disastrous end.

Nice advise mate, it is always a wise move if you keep a profit any amount from your base capital, knowing that in gambling greediness will make you only loss so any circumstances or whatever happened you make money over profit again and lose it all you still a good amount to take home with you.

Playing with the profit is actually the best way of gambling. That way you are not risking anyone else's money or your own hard earned money or your savings.
Yes you will certainly start for the first time with some amount of your savings or for that matter your hard earned money, but once you replenished your initial amount that you kept in, you should be playing with your profit only.

That way you will have nothing to lose because you are playing with something that you just won in the same game and it isnt your savings.

Also that way you will get back you initial capital amount that you kept in and can use it somewhere else. And you wont lose your own money. Playing with your profit is, in a way, a win-win situation because you wont be losing anything more than what you just won and you wont be risking your income anymore.

Yeah right! Your profit is your earnings already so its not really a good idea to play it. Once I've got enough profit from playing i stop immediately because its too risky to lose it all.

When i just have a good streak and i earn some money, i am always going to play with the profit that i made, and i consider me as a tempted person just for doing that.

But there is other people that when they earn X amount of money, they just place more money on their bets in order to earn money because they think that they "have some luck"

For me i go to the second idea, if i have doubled already my money i’ll take and keep back the half and continue to play just with my profit, at least if unfortune strikes and i lose, i have already make safety of my capital, and lose nothing😃

That means you are wasting your time for nothing . If you lose that means you are going to lose your profit , if you actually play for fun then it might worth it but it seems you are playing for profit so you are playing for nothing when you lose everything. If you want to waste your time like that it is better to just play some other game that could give you some fun

You can prefer to do this every time you gamble so that your profit will be safe on your end. I usually play with my profit and that's what I'm doing with the money that I'm winning with gambling. I want to take back my bankroll and replacing it with the profit I made.

It is smarter to just withdraw our profit and call it a day. If we think clearly then it is no use to keep playing with our profit. The risk of losing everything is just so high and it is not worth it. If we win from gambling, that is a miracle already so take the profit and leave it. You can play but with less amount then what you win not with everything you won

I totally agree with this. Best is to just call it a day and quit. But it's very hard for many players to do so, because most feel so lucky and invincible that they just go for another try and end up chasing losses.

I think it depends on everyone's opinion, or even one's lifestyle. Depending also on the economy of people we know it's all different. There are rich people who like to gamble so it will always and keep gambling whatever happens because they like it. There are also rich people who gamble because they want to get a profit so they will manage their money as possible. There are also poor people who use gambling as one source of their income so they will be more careful to manage their finances. But there are also ordinary people who are addicted to gambling so will gamble no matter what happens.

they become greedy when they know that they can win that money and still use the money to continue to play. some of them will all in of the money just to expect that in the next round, they can win again but the fact, they cannot do the same as before and they only risk all their money. it is better to quit the game and leave the places as long as we can so we can try our luck on another day.

If my money has been more twice , at least I will take my asset or add a little of the profit. Most people are tempted in the first win, but that's  actually one of the cause of being lose, because they can not control their emotion.  They want to win a lot. Atleast you didn't lose any amount and you already enjoy and see if there is still a chance to earn more drom it. That's a good decision especially if we didn't afford to lose our capital, and playing with profit is much better to not stressed ourselve more, though if we lose the profit it will be regretful since instead of using it to play again we were to enjoy it and reward ourselves since it's not everyday we win. Though it depends still on situations.

It is the same as playing with your balance, to be honest even if it is winnings or money you don't actually expect, it is still your money. What if you didn't win? Then there is no winnings to speak of. Since you are risking your money to get those profits then you actually earned that money. Hence, there is really no point in distinguishing money you won and money you really own. If you win something, take it home and don't put it back in the casinos.

As long as you do not use all your profit, I mean as long as you keep some of your profit and use it partly to gamble, that's ok. It's your right to use all your profits, but when you've won a profit, why not save some? Would not it be a waste if you lost again? Because you've saved some.

It is not okay for me because you are going to waste it. Most of the time we are going to lose it after we win so no point to play with our profit. We should just keep everything and come back with a fresh start however this time make sure that you are not playing for profit but for fun. By doing this way , you are not going to lose huge amount

Sometimes we can say that we just want to take our profits away and get out of the casino already. But often times, I'm that type of person that if the profit isn't enough in my own view then I'll keep on gambling and will keep on pushing on my goal to have more winnings and I'll do it with the use of my profit.
