It's not really officially published yet.
But days of ICO have been already confirmed.

Main ICO will be since 28th of February till 8th of April 2017.

And all terms we ll publish soon.

But I already can say that there will be high bonuses for those who ll join from the very beginning.
So surely it's more interesting to participate in ICO from start.
