Actually only  few months ago almost evey new projects were welcomed here!
Now things are changed dramatically. And the reason isn't top secret!
All of those scamers lead the way to ordinary members and crypto lovers become too supisious with every new announcement!

So i am here to answer your questions =) The idea is great and we are searching for community opinion not for scam charges. We want to discuss it even more as much as we want to get some funds on pre-ICO. We can proof any sign in this introductory letter anyway =)

Members here even newbies like me have reasons to doubt all those newbie like me starting a thread because a lot of newbies ICO have become scam,and all the post here looks kinda suspicious ,OP is trying hard to make the announcement a huge,we'll see if these are all for real.

Yes, them too. In many cases people have no elementary documents to use some basic financial instruments. And it s not just mobile bank like M-Pesa. They are doing great, but we can do it with blockchain and new monetary emission concept inside =). And it is also time to implicate neuronet and blockchain together. Why it is not good enough?!

They dont have a lot smartphones in Africa and other poor parts of the world but they have cheap mobiles. With that mobile they can already do banking so your projekt is just a waste of time and a possible scam.
