just play online games and avoid looking to some sites when you know that the online game you are playing is hosting some kind of betting. You can limit you bankroll so you can avoid spending too much while still gambling and make it disappear little by little.

That won't work, playing any amount runs the risk of winning and playing more and more. Just turn your internet off, read, meditate, have sex and fill your lives with other hobbies to take your mind off.

Easier said than done. That's not how it works when someone wants to overcome an addiction. Addicted people just can't live without the subject of their addiction so it's better to give it to them but in tiny portions. Playing from the faucets only and never depositing your money on a gambling site would be my suggestion to quit gambling.

It tough for the addicted gamblers to get rid of their bad habits. They end up becoming beggars and then simply like to burn the faucets and tips from other players. However I consider it as a waste of time, when you can work on your own business to earn rather than let luck earn it all. Even playing with the faucet, some people may just become lucky to win a big amount but one needs to control their emotions and not gamble too much, because then they are bound to lose it all.

It's not possible, because when people start involving into online activities to avoid gambling at some instance sure they'll show interest on gambling in a short term after giving a pause for gambling for addiction.

Well it takes time, it cant be done easily and its better to start by controlling yourself to lessen your time to gamble. professional help is also a good way to overcome addiction.

I personally don't gamble much and I've always kept a cool head, I know it's only entertainment and nothing else, I don't even expect to win money. However my advise would be to not empower it so much. For example, many alcoholics swear alcohol forever, then the relapse is worse. You can't really avoid something your whole life unless you have a life threatening issue.

I would say to try to know off the notion that would get rich gambling, you won't, just have some fun and consider your money gone the minute you gamble it. Just like when you buy alcohol that money is gone.

Does anyone already suggested the block as the way to stay away from gambling? I mean that block that is providing in special hospitals for addicted people and after they can't just look on gambling. I know some people who blocked from alcohol, but don't know a one blocked from gambling.
