Qtum’s Hard Fork at Block 680,000 (August 28) Launching Offline Staking

Qtum recently released a new version of the full node Qtum Core Wallet v0.19.1. This update adds the Offline Staking function which will be an upgrade to the consensus protocol which requires a hard fork scheduled at a block height of 680,000, with an estimated date of August 28, 2020. No new coins will be created by the hard fork.

I have been watching this project for a long time. I even bought QTUM coins at one time ... then I sold everything. Now I think that it is quite possible that "the Chinese ethereum" will manifest itself against the background of today's political reality and the situation in the world.
