Yes which will decrease supply and increase demand. Very good for investors. 

Glad to hear this rule, very good for investors, because less coin supply means less sell pressures, also good for signature bounties.   

This is not true. If it will be sold only 50% of all tokens, bounty fund will be cut by 50%. Development fund will also be trimmed.

If you subscribe to campaign in last days that you will still have to write 20 required posts. In such short time it will be more spam than constructive messages. In addition, most campaign require active
participation throughout period of ICO.

Im glad to know that the first ICO bounty will not be diminished.  Kudos to the 2nd ICO which is successful and led the way to continue this awesome project.

Last minute panic buyers  especially of those that realize the better outcome for investors in a project that has a low < 20M Tokens in Circulation
Whales are watching this for sure, then in time with companies picking up this tech and Darcus' services, especially where I like that there's applications for it in the medical field (such as medical transcriptions, possibly in pharmaceuticals too, which would be great for better tracking of patients medications/dosages, interactions with other scripts/foods/supplements, so on and so forth)  I do suppose this would be on side-chains tho?
