i think it impossible right now because with current block chain, bitcoin client must take a long time to update, it possible when you want to protect your file wallet.dat.

I used a linux live CD & the wallet generator found at bitaddress.org to generate a paper wallet (offline of course!) which my bitsavings are in.

Sounds a bit overkill. I guess it's really time for multisig.

You can also use VirtualBox to run an instance of any OS you want inside of pretty much any OS you want and change your traceable info from inside that virtual instance... I prefer a linux based OS or Windows XP to clone with since they are really light OS. Don't forget to change your ip address for complete anonymity. ^^

If you have a dynamic IP adress that might be possible, but that IP will be the some for your host and client OSes. What method do you suggest to really hide your IP as well?

There are proxy hosts out there and if your just web browsing you can use like tor browser. When cloning an os in VirtualBox it gives you the option to reinitialize your mac address and you can always change the mac address of your router usually via 192.168.2.1 which will also generally change dynamic ip. I had an issue with Xfinity in one case where my supposed dynamic ip acted static when I just changed my hardware config via ipconfig but manually changing the mac address of my router fooled the system in a way that I was given a new ip.
