I would sell my coin when prices again up more than the purchase price, but not everything I sell, some will be saved for investment, usually I sell my coin exchange mercatox.com
Most of the traders do get trapped when they do sell with the assumptions of fall down of prices. I never suggest to sell for buy back purposes unless otherwise you are a trader and having supporting researches for your actions. Saving some bitcoins for investment purposes must be a good idea and I am also doing that for making more profits instead of engaging active trading. |

Most of us holding coins have the perception that we should always sell when there is a hype of price pulling down...which is entirely wrong so let's set targets when we should be able to liquidate our coins and keep our ears to the ground and wait for our bubble.

What made us sell is our lack of trust with the future of bitcoin, we are only happy seeing when the price is rising and we can earn from short term trades. However, that is not what bitcoin is made for, it is bound to last longer as more and more people are adopting with it, we should always believe as we educate ourselves, that's the only way we will not be tempted. |

And if the price increase more I don't think much, If we think like that we will never sell our coins. |

yes you have your own view. but to me i think i am not gong to sell my bitcoin even if the price cross 1500 USD. because i have invested my money for long term and therefore i am not going to sell my bitcoin right now. i know that still there is good potential in the price of bitcoin to increase. |

its same like me and i need more higher price before i can sell my bitcoin, maybe its like more than $1500 and i am ready to sell it but not all of my bitcoin, maybe its just quarter or half. if japan is going to use bitcoin then i think other country will be followed too as japan is a leader in technology section beside of korea and other asia country. |

I will not sell for small gains if I ever going to sell it is going to be because bitcoin gained a tremendous amount of value and it will be a mistake to not do so, I plan to hold until I’m really old probably until my sixties or seventies.

This is going to be long time before it happens but I wanted this to happen but as of now I don't think that it can reach $3,000 easily. I'm planning to sell when the price reaches $2,000 or if there's a fast progress that it can go higher than $3,000 then I'll wait for some more. And also if there are emergencies, then I'll sell. Like what happen with $1,000, we keep telling that it will not come easy but here we are now, the wait is over and we can sell for a profit already. Believe that we can achieve that, no matter how long we wait as long as we can see the price is going in an upward direction and that will excite us to hold longer. In selling, you have to be specific with the amount, the same goes with buying. |

There is no reason to sell if you see BTC as anything close to a legitimate currency in the future. Even if you think it is only accepted by 'the interent generation' you need to realize that in 10-15 years those people will be ones making the decisions. Seeing as it's market cap is still relatively low and the fact there is a 21M maximum, for it to become a legitimate currency it would have to grow into tens (if not hundreds) of thousands of dollars per BTC.

Im sell some of Bitcoins dor some personal purposes but its small amount only.I hope Bitcoin price will up again this month because I want to buy phone.By the way Bitcoin price is now playing in 1000$ -1050$ now.

although i also do not want to sell my bitcoin and that is the reason that i am holding my bitcoin for a long time and still in such condition when the price of bitcoin fell down from 1150 USD to 750 USD but now we can see that there is suc a big fluctuation in the price of bitcoin and now again in current time the price is trading below 970 i think the price of bitoin dropped about 100 poion from 1075 to 758 just in 3 hours. therefore such kind of variation produce panic and people then start panic selling. |

Luckily ive sold parts of my whole bitcoin on the $1060 price and seeing on the price it went down recently going back to $940 seeing on the charts and now it tends to go back up again and on that time ive earned decent profits on selling some and now i bought it on possible lower price which is $930-940.

yes you have your own view. but to me i think i am not gong to sell my bitcoin even if the price cross 1500 USD. because i have invested my money for long term and therefore i am not going to sell my bitcoin right now. i know that still there is good potential in the price of bitcoin to increase. That is not really a good idea, remember what happened earlier this year when we all thought the bitcoin is going to reach 2000$ when it was skyrocketing until it dropped down very quickly in under a day, that made us think and regret that we didn’t take that opportunity and make profit we just sit down and watched the price but some wise traders made significant profits. So, I think the best thing to do is wait for the price to reach 1200$ and then sell some and wait until it drops down and rebuy again, at least that is what I am going to do. |
