When do you plan to sell?

I started to save bitcoins recently, and I don`t plan to sell that coins even if price is 2000 $, cause there is a big chance that bitcoin will worth much more then that for 10 years. In meanwhile I`m selling btc when I need cash, I don`t plan that it depends from my needs, but I do not touch bitcoins in my saving wallet. All coins I have are earned coins, that is playing a big role when I make decisions about my bitcoins. People who invested money in bitcoins are the ones who need to have exit strategy.

yes i also have the same strategy i am also not going to sell my bitcoin even the price of bitcoin cross 2000 USD level i have decided that i am going to hold bitcoin for nest 4 to 5 years and after that if the price of bitcoin is trading so high then i will try to sell my bitcoin but currently i do not have such intention to sell my bitcoin.

I will sell all my bitcoin if the price will reach 1,500$ that is my target price and after that i will just save my money and wait for the next dump to grab great buy opportunity and i will sell it for another high price. Simple money making strategy .

Rather than that, try to do trading with a small amount. Just make a target and sell some of your Bitcoins and when the price drops below that, buy some more with the profit. 

Exactly what I also do. I just seem to accumulate more and more bitcoins though and thanks to my gambling habit for emptying me up haha.

Anyways yeah pretty nice strategy and I have a little modification like I sell bitcoins at 1000 dollars and then price then went to 900$ then I buy 50$ worth of bitcoins. This way I get more bitcoins while I also save some money for me rather than everything being just digital.

I haven't really thought about my sell number because honestly it depends a lot on how the market acts. If we bubble for no reason it's a good idea to cash out, if it slowly continues to rise, it's hard to say!

I sold mine at 1020$. I guess I was a bit hasty about my decision. I just couldn't risk the possibility of a huge dump from 1000's to 800's. A dump like that recently happened and I was mad at myself for not selling above 1000's. So i did it this time.

Sometimes is better to just wait than to try to outsmart the market, I understand that sometimes we may get hasty or we may be worried that we may end up with our coins being undervalued for a long time but I think this is not the case in the current scenario.

at least the price now is good to sell because we see the price is increase in couple of hours ago and i hope the price will reach more so i can sell it. but in last night, after i see the price is reach $1xxx, i am selling few satoshi and see if its really increase or just short up trend but this day, i see the trend is up although i am worried that the dump will be coming after the increase of price so better we careful and make right decision to sell bitcoin.

Truly amazing and when I'm seeing this type of pictures I'm being inspired and motivated to keep on believing and holding bitcoin.

And it looks like this has a purpose and potential but on the last amount which is $800,000 is quite unbelieable.

But we know that bitcoin is always surprising us with it's price.

I got some bitcoins in my wallet and i dont want to sell it. Its not the right time to sell it because its still the price increasing rapidly. Maybe january is the best time to sell those bitcoins. Maybe the hype will end that time and many owners will also will surely dump that time. For now, im just gonna relax and enjoy the flow. Be patient. We are at $900 barrier and we will reach $1000 barrier anytime soon.

Experience will help us decide on what is the better actions to do, sometimes investors panic when the price pump and dump, when the price like now which is keeps rising, we will be thinking of selling while on the other side our mind, we think of holding because we want bigger profit when we sell. You will feel that way if you have no direction on what you are doing, by investing, it requires you to have a specific goal, if what is written in your goal is to sell when the price hits to $1,200 then take time to wait and just sell when the right time comes.

When you are not having any financial problems, I like to recommend you to keep on holding your bitcoins for your retirement life. If you are aged lesser than 40 years, I guess in next 20 years you will get enormous returns for your bitcoin saving. When you are financially sound, why you may miss the opportunities bitcoin will bring ?

Of course i'm planning to hold my bitcoin for a long time. That's why i said i will wait and see next year. Maybe something big happen that'll change things, we never know the future. That's actually a great idea, im still in my 20s and if bitcoin really become big in the future, it can be my retirement fund.

I dont have plan to sell my coin since its new year i wanted to hold my bitcoin till december i maintain this kind of my attitude where i can get as much as 1 bitcoin per year or maybe more than that, it always depends on my actovity and for my hardwork i sold that all once december comes and spend them for important things

Truly amazing and when I'm seeing this type of pictures I'm being inspired and motivated to keep on believing and holding bitcoin.

Obviously that price is out of the question, but it is nice to see some milestones bitcoin could reach and how that could affect the price in a considerable manner, especially since some of those milestones don't seem that difficult to reach.

I don't think that this is the better time to sell our bitcoin im waitingn for the right time that bitcoin will increase again into the or up to 1200+ im earning for now ans holding them all to sell next year maybe .

Above $1000 is a good measure to sell our bitcoin with the assumption it will get a little dump soon. But if you're not a trader and just hold your money in your wallet. Just holding is not better for those people are looking into more money.

Holding will depend on what volume of coins you are holding, if you have massive volume of bitcoins then it will give you good returns but if you are expecting to make huge profits by holding small amount of bitcoin then it won't give you best returns so it would be better to grow your coins and take it to certain descent level.

I know but we also risk of profit when we are holding coins. Hoping that demand of bitcoin will increase and it will be at the price what people wanted to become. Well bitcoin now is at $1126 this is great that we seeing people who keep using bitcoin. That will have a good returns while holding why not to try investment and get your bankrol return with 5% of profit.

That's not good in my mind. you will pass some of the chance to grow your bitcoin. According to the volatility of bitcoin and every time the value of bitcoin can go up or down. For the long term investment it will take a lot of the time.

The current upward trend of bitcoin suggests that price will go even higher in coming months so its better to hold our coins for next couple of months and sell when price reaches to higher level and I will sell my coins only when it touches $1500 level and not before that.

I bought when the price of bitcoin was $500 so I don't think there is anything wrong in selling at this point as its giving me double profits so selling decision will depend on your entry price and if you have bought at lower price in the past then there is nothing wrong in selling some of them at this stage.

Yeah, This a indeed a good time but it would not be wise to sell all of your bitcoins, Just sell a portion of it because it might increase again. This is the pattern that I use, If the price increased a noticeable amount, Sell a portion of it and if it increase again, Sell another portion. This method is a great way to reduce risk of losing huge amounts.

Agree, sell only a portion of your bitcoin and you should not sell off all of your bitcoin and as you said this way is a good way on securing profits on a particular time and when the time bitcoins price would decrease then we could able to buy off again cheaper bitcoins.

Well, I'm waiting for the price reached $ 1,100 bitcoin, whether it anytime. but, while waiting for prices to rise to the height, I'm collecting as many bitcoin. because we waited useless bitcoin prices rose to the height, but we sell a little bitcoin.

I don't think it will take much time to touch the price of $1100 as it can be achieved in next few months but I will sell my coins only when it touches $1500 price as I think that would be the best price to sell bitcoins in order to make higher profits so until it doesn't reaches to that level I will hold my coins without any hesitation.

It is not very wise selling your Bitcoin when it reaches $1500 since we may witness many decreasing in the prices. Bitcoin is unstable. Moreover, the China currently does not like Bitcoin and the Government is doing their best to stop investors using money for this cryptocurrency. Therefore, you should sell your Bitcoin whenever it reaches a new peak and start collecting more bitcoin when the price drops
