You should run a public auction for it. I am sure it will fetch around what prices I mentioned via PM a few days ago. I would also be a bidder if you go that route.

Nice coin, dont know if you have a set amount but this should fetch a nice price via auction. Either way good luck with your sale

Wow, already got many offers! Thank you!
I know that an auction would probably be the best way to get the most out of it. But there is a risk, that I do not want to take. EU buyers are no problem. I will just book a cheap flight and deliver it personally. But there are only a few non EU buyers that I will accept. Even with escrow the risk is to high.

If you have a price that is around the offers you've received and that's a price your happy with then there's no harm at running an auction and starting the auction at that price. You may only get a couple of bids but at least the bids will be in the range you're happy with. Worst case scenario is that it doesn't sell and you get to keep that precious coin. In essence there's no risk at all if you do that Good luck with the sale!

Thats the case with every escrowed sale, but i get your point. I probably wouldnt sell this to someone who just created an account or is new. The only way i would is payment up front. Listen its your coin and i would stick to your conditions you are comfortable with.

Just choose an escrow and have them ship the coin for you. Then the buyer can't pull a fast one on you. It also protects the buyer from sellers sending empty envelopes. That 3rd party will have will be able to keep the deal honest.

Chances are I will be the top bidder anyways so likely a moot point

Maybe you saw that I did that on all my auctions. As I posted on the first thread, I can provide more pictures of the coin in a couple days. I have the coin back in hand by Thursday. Wow, already got many offers! Thank you!

I miss all the deals. I understand the buyer wanting to remain anon; however, does that mean you can't let us know what you accepted for it? Like others, I would have been happy to bid on it. Thinking about it more, it's best if you don't tell us. If it was a low amount than others might think it's the new price for these coins. Hopefully more than 16. If graded, then even more. It's worth grading all coins even if just for the protective case.

I am the buyer of this coin, I don't mind that being known. However, I am not saying how much I paid for it. Meeting OP at an airport local to me tomorrow morning to finalise the deal. Thanks
