I am not a trader, but a technical investor, so I do not have any interest of saying this besides that I am seeing a lot of people investing on AE because of the recent pump, so I am afraid about this good but uninformed people.

My posts have been removed from the AE's subreddit which talks a lot about the integrity of the moderators, the transparency of the project. My opinions are technical, but I have not gotten any technical answer, just descalifications.

Please guys, it is not about FUD... provide to the community (is somebody there?) some rational discussion, do not be just fanboys inserting lambo memes and talking about technology that is not disruptive but you think it is because of the hype.

-Scalability is already in process with Tezos/Cardano/Tauchain.. how AE pretends to solve it? Nobody knows
-Erlang has nothing to do against oCaml and formal veritification

-The team of course is not gold if you compare it with Tezos/Cardano/Tauchain which have PhD teams, relevant genious from universities, people who started at university at 13 years old like Ohad Asor

Aeternity claimed to create decentralized Oracles during the ICO in order to create hype and taking money. However this was a stupid concept with nonsense (you do not need decentralized Oracles, with 3 different trusted Oracles for contrasting the info is pretty enough. And how can you verify the data is correct in order to reward it, if what actually you need is trusted data for first time?). So they are already changing that hype concept for the tradicional trusted Oracles.... the team is now focused in hypening the project as much as possible before people discover it is unrelevant, in order to take the maximum profit of it as they Know they have nothing to do against Tezos, Tauchain, Cardano or Ethereum.
-Hackings are bad signls about insecurity, here is no discussion please........
-There is no marketing about the real dev working because they just want hype for pump/dump. There is no dev relevant work to show, just copycat work

My conclusion: People must be informed that AE is a cheap copycat, this is not bad not good, but the reality itself.

Actually people do know. They are all implementing their own ideas. Aeternity does know and they have been implementing their ideas since day one. LONG before Tezos/Cardano/Tauchain. Tezos? Are you fucking kidding me?

What language used can be argued forever. Who cares? What's been implemented is all that matters. I can tell you I am using F# because it's the fastest most secure language to use for blockchain. And then never make anything like half the new pump vaporware projects out there.

Again you show your complete lack of insight. Zack, the former CTO who is building Amoveo IS now implementing POW WITHOUT STAKING. Why not go take a look at his repo or join his telegram channel? He is using SHA-256 POW. No POS even on the roadmap as it stands. Does Tezos still exist?? or only in the minds of the scammed bagholders?

Bud go and compare repos. Again with the Tezos.. it's funny how many idiots are duped by believing having an academic golden sticker is a free pass from actually being productive and WRITING code. PUMP is only going to get you so far. Look at IOST. Do you think maybe these professional scammers are on to the fact that filling their webpage with 3rd rate graduates of ivy league schools is good for a pump? Which if any of these projects are lead by people with a proven track record of PRODUCING a product, running a successful company? They all paint a great picture so you can dump your real money into their vaporware. What is their intention? Their intention is to PUMP and DUMP. Not make a product. If they hire some peons with degrees to paint a repo.. hey it's worth it after they have all your money.

More misdirected lies.. or ignorance. Oracles as they were originally proposed in the Aeternity white paper are VERY different than simply injecting external data into the chain. Those kinds of oracles (ie: external data) are actively being promoted as being added to some of the projects you mentioned. Let's see who's got them in a mainnet first and what their implementation is and how easy they are to use. That's all that matters. Ethereum has theirs.. lets see what the rest will do. Aeternity has theirs in their testnet. I'll go with Aeternity for now as they actually have something implemented.

So, in my opinion, the basis of Aeternity is not innovative by beginning, so the project is destined to fail cause does not offer new relevant features (as I posted in my first post). If somebody can refute this argue to me, I can reconsider my opinion about AE.

No one asked for your opinion, nor does anyone care.   Just because you invested heavily in XTZ and they will probably have nothing left after the class action lawsuits and attorney fees doesn't justify your need to FUD.  I don't think we care to convert a Tezos fanboy to AE.

Hey, the latest update on aeternity website (How To Access Your AE Tokens), says:

My question, how is it possible that it is being traded on exchanges, like gate.io etc?

As Tone Vays says, "any PoS blockchain is not a blockchain". Looking back to the token/ICO exhuberance, I understand Vays' position that Bitcoin is the mainframe and 99% (99.9% in Vays' version) ICOs are scams, not necessarily by intention, but by economics. They are marketed as solutions for not-yet existent problems, that "require" the transfer of value for a special token.
I value PoW coins higher than PoS for a simple reason - PoW coins have an actual cost, they were mined <> electric energy was converted into coins with a certain purchasing power. In my opinion, PoS coins have only 2 advantages - reduced environmental cost and higher-than-PoW transaction speed. Out of Top-20 CMC, 1/2 of coins don't belong there simply because they are either too centralized, are faulted by design or no resources have been spared for their creation:
Centralized - Bitcoin Cash, Ripple, Stellar;
Faulted by design - IOTA;
Free of creation cost - Tron, Cardano, Bitcoin Gold.
Corolary to PoW superiority - PoS coins will come and go in Top-20 CMC, while major PoW-coins will only advance to higher positions.
I am as confident in Aeternity as I am in all the startups - i.e. 1% condifent. If Aeternity fails "at least code" the principles and mechanisms from the Whitepaper, and a new PoW mechanism was a major value proposition, it will top up my scam list and will only reinforce my belief that we are in the most stupid, irrational and ignorant bull market run ever described to our days.
