SWIM's seeds are good wherever & whenever, he even says that he had some randomly sprout in the garden after turning some old soil... Though maybe a bird spread the love

I'm most definitely not OP and can confirm that I received a package postmarked from australia that contained great looking cannabis seeds, I included a photo of the seeds and my "proof of purchase" in an earlier post.

They will compliment many gardens in the future I am sure.

Honestly though, if I wanted to sell seeds they would be included in one of my [wts] threads.
