OroCoin difficulty adjusts often. When a new miner with a lot of power jumps on the network suddenly, the difficulty increases quickly to compensate for it to ensure no one can jump onto the network suddenly with a lot of power and mine a ton of coins quickly. The difficulty will then adjust back down after a new block is found to even it out fairly. This makes sure mining stays profitable and fair for everyone, not just the most powerful.

Not sure what you mean. Confirmations are generally pretty quick, but of course it depends on the network and how quickly blocks are moving. With the price jumping up 1800%+ on CoinExchange.io we had a lot of new miners jump onboard today which affected the difficulty and slowed the blocks down a bit for a couple hours, but they are moving along nicely now. Also keep in mind CoinExchange.io requires 20 confirmations.

I hope oro coin will listed in popular exchange soon because I am sure that the price of oro coin will rise significantly. I usualy use poloniex but ce cex is the best. I am sure that the developer is already have a good plan for this coin.
