I like the design. Very simple and it loads quickly for me. I am using a not-so-fast ISP so it is really a gift that I don't have to load so much to be able to play. I think u make a mistake for the start. Im interestin in football bets and i dont see except seria a, champions league and uefa league matchs. You need to add all leagues and all sports sections. I believe u will improve this site and u will add all leagues. But a good start is also mean good advirtise. First impression is very important at marketing i believe.

I have come into situations where I have deposited into online bitcoin casinos where they are available to use the bitcoin when they are on the blockchain (unconfirmed) but then when you try to withdraw they say the deposit needs to have at least 6 confirmations before you are able to withdraw from the casino account.

No, the games here are not pvp games, adding pvp based games is not a guarantee to increase the traffic. I would even say that pvp based games is harder to survive than vs house games. It is hard to get many players at the same time, hard to advertise and of course it is not profitable compared to vs house games (for the owner).
