I didn't want to post it here but I am having trouble withdrawing funds from this site.

https://www.blockchain.com/btc/tx/47f7335bfc075fcf19c33e91a6f45895d1a822d849a66e2a432aa5b242eb5f25

Please kindly refund the 0.1995 deposit. The site will not allow me to withdraw because I have not wagered 35x of the bonus. When I signed up for the bonus, I did not realize that dice cannot be played while bonus is active (This term was not on the front page of the bonus promotion or promotion details, it was within a link, I would have saw it if it was printed in fine print).

I enjoyed a few games of video poker, but your maximum bet was so low that it would take me 50000 games to reach that 35x wager thing. Without auto betting, this isnt gonna happen.

I have emailed your support email which does not exist. I left a message on the website support chat. I messaged twice to OP of this thread, the OP has been online and seen the msg, but received no response. Been more than 24 hours now.

I have won a total profit 0.001763205 BTC since I joined the site, I will forfeit this winning, please just refund me the initial deposit according to your promotion terms in a timely manner.

Hi, we could raise maximum bet for videopoker. How do you like this decision?
Thanks for the response, but at this moment I would like to forfeit the bonus and winnings, then withdraw, could we just do that?

Please answer me the question, why did you create two accounts newblock and FrozenLife?

To see how your referral system works. You woudnt expect any of us to just refer players without understanding how a casino operates would it? I was also so curious of how a casino can offer 0.5% referral fee. And incase you havent noticed, I did not touch any of your referral fees. Also, I only read your terms and conditions, did not read the FAQ until afterwards.

Will you process the withdraw now?

Is it really worth it to throw away your entire site reputation for 0.1995 BTC?

As a gambling website owner, i found extremely dangerous and unprofessional that you reveal private informations about your users on a public forum.

If i were you OP, i'll refund him, there is no point of losing reputation for an issue like this one.

Hello everyone. This is CryptoPiece speaking. Yes, I am the famous crypto website in the crypto space that everyone knows. I just spotted an issue where an honoured gentleman wants to get back his initial deposit through humanistic approaches, because he simply wants to. If a company is capable of doing so, I do not see any issue why that would not be possible. If I were, I would do it without a second thought - that is, if you want your business to be continuously working. If you decide to help our your customer - you will become more reputable, more reliable, you will become a much more desirable system to gamble on, and all this is just because you come forward to your customer's rational and sound request.

I hope you will make the right choice regarding this, and happy gamble to everyone! Smiley

Where did you see here private information?

there are some private information published like the two accounts of that guy for example , also I see every time someone wins decent amount and ask for withdrawal you post the tx id here
some people may don't like such info of them being posted in the forum and you don't need to do it anyway

BitGame.online is easy to navigate with a moderately wide selection of games. I enjoy the option to customize your bet amount and have it adjust the line bet to fit your custom total bet.
The only thing I would recommend changing is to add back the daily faucets, since they have been removed I often forget about this website as I no longer have incentive to return daily. Even without a faucet I still thoroughly enjoy the giveaways and chance for free spins by completing achievements. Keep up the good work BitGame.online!  Smiley

Basically it is OK to publish big win from their players but of course it will be better if the site ask for permission first from the player. Regarding posting tx id of the withdrawal, I have to agree that it should not be published as it is so private information but as what I say that it is OK as long as the player permit the site to publish it. Probably the reason to publish the tx id is to give a proof for readers that the site is really paying, understandable reason IMO but still the main important thing is about player's permission.

Nickname is not private information, it is impossible to determine a person by nickname. As for the withdrawal id - we will think about it.
Thank you for your feedback.
Nickname is not private information. Linkage of nickname is private information.

If Bitcointalk posted "jaxwox & BitGame777 is the same user", this would be private information, how would you feel? I made this up btw.

So, leaderboards on our main page "Most League Points" and "Most achievements" with nicknames and links to theirs profiles on Bitgame - it is private information?
What nonsense are you spewing... Shocked Huh
What part of linkage of nickname is private information dont you understand?

Leaderboard information is public information of a nickname to his profile.

Player A = Player B is private information.

That was a wild ride. First of all another gambling website coming into topic of a different casino to judge them is never really liked very much here.

You can be as good as stunna and still should not come here and talk about bitgame.online, specially when they literally have done nothing wrong and when a person claimed their bonus they are suppose to play the required amount of wagers yet bitgame.online made an exception and paid the man back.

After all, that erena coming here and talking stuff about bitgame.online is really not a professional move and enough to actually consider what would happen if bitgame also started to go to erena chat and topic and start writing there and backing up all gamblers against erena ? I would suggest everyone keep to their own topics and kudos to bitgame for doing the right thing.

Don't get me wrong,  i don't want to start any scandal here.

Op took the right decision and everything is fine now.

I try to stay professional and wanted just to give my opinion about an important subject imo, i'm not spreading fud on bitgame.online.

But calling me "unprofessional" just because i use our website account to comment a thread is a bit too much Wink

Last thing : everyone is welcome on our topic to give their thoughts

Why try make it sound like BitGame.online did me a courtesy for processing a withdraw? It was within my full right to receive a the withdraw, it was within their terms and conditions of the bonus promotion.

It only took 3 days with no reply to half dozen private msgs. Oh and support email could not be reached.

Very funny to hear a comment about professional behavior from an amateur  Cheesy
Very funny that you do not reply to private msgs for game support and withdraw request. Pathetic attempt of trying to delaying everything and hoping the players would lose.

We may be "Amateur" like you say, but at least we don't give personal informations about our players on a public forum.
And we don't wait to have some pressure on our shoulders to let our players withdraw what they won Wink

We reached your support email, but decided to answer you on Bitcointalk. And please don't forget that you violated our rule about self-referral Smiley
No I did not violate your rules, it wasnt in terms and conditions. FAQ does not count and it's an invalid clause if you wrote that in the terms and conditions like the way you wrote it in FAQ.

support@bitgame.online is not reachable, this is the email listed in your terms and conditions. Might wanna update that?
