I too am waiting on a withdrawal requested more than 24 hours ago. Wondering whats going on?
I have a pending withdrawal as well , Admin responded to me on discord 2 days ago that they have serious problems with withdrawals and he hope that the team will be able to send withdrawals on Monday IDK what are the problems and he hasn't responded to me after but I guess all we can do is waiting |

I had a withdraw problem as well, had to literally spam this thread to get withdrawn. It was only 0.2 BTC.

Site is still allowing deposits and wagering normally but they haven't processed a single withdrawal so far
Admin now isn't replying to anyone on discord and he keeps ignoring questions regarding what's going on
avoid depositing till the current players get paid

Hi guys! All issues with withdrawals will be fixed in Thuesday and all pending withdrawals will be processed in Thursday. I am very ashamed that it happened.  glad you came back to the forums , I was really worried for lack of communication maybe you should suspend all deposits as well till you fix the withdrawal problem , cause it makes no sense allowing people to deposit while there is a withdrawal problem going on also till now there is no clear answer about what's going on , why withdrawals aren't working ? |

Thank you for finally coming back to Bitcointalk and replying to us all. I also appreciate your message on Discord letting us know that withdrawals will be processed on Thursday. You had originally said Monday, so there is a delay now it seems. There are multiple players who would like to know what happened and what the reason(s) for stopping withdrawals. If you suspend withdrawals, you should also stop deposits as its ludicrous to allow deposits when people can not withdraw.

oh I see you have changed the VIP program , just noticed that now since I was playing some blackjack and thought I should get 1 pt for every 0.01$ wagered
also as I remember VIP rewards for sports were higher than now for Silver league right ?

One of the good thing I admire so much in this casino is the quick responds of the customer support representative, who replied my questions and proffer timely answers. Also, the games offered here is very nice, and I enjoy the bonuses too.
