I think that investments in ICO still has a lot of potential left in it. Even if there are so many project failures and even scams that bring a bad light to it. I would say that there are still some projects and companies that could be game changers, if you know how to find them.

Surely you should invest them in some solid and prominent ICO but before proceeding to invest keep following thins in mind.
1.Development team.Experienced and efficient development team is essential.
2.Core idea introducing new innovative technology having competitive edge over other coins.
3.Promotions strategies.See different channels will be used for marketing activities to attract community attention.
4.Sufficient Budget.Will it be financed for long time or short time funds for constant development activities is budgeted or not.
5.Proper website.It should have proper website which should be so descriptive that it may contain all the related material with that ICO.
 I think these are the minimum requirements to sort out some authentic ICO to make investment.

don't invest your bitcoin in any of investment program without you know the journey or the details because your bitcoin is really worth for you and you can make a good profit in the high price. my suggestion is better you hold your bitcoin and wait until you see the price that you want and you can sell it to make a nice profit.

investing in ICO's are like betting your funds on any gambling platforms because we dont know that project will be sucessful or not. Some of the ICO's will turn scam right away when they get there hardcap on their ICO which its leads on FUD other people on ICO's

I dont think investing BTC in an ICO is such a good idea unless that ICO has an extremely high chances of succeeding. i think you hold that BTC and if you have to spend it then spend it on proven altcoins instead. ICO is too much of a risk

I researched a bit more. The CEO has a website credits.ru since 2011 and had 11 odd devs earlier. They would have tried to acquire credits.com earlier. Clearly they are not fly by night. Only question is whether they achieved 1mn TPS

I prefer to support this project instead of listening to those fudster, it's my money and my time anyway I have seen the interview and check the team composition and I believe they will not ruin their reputation with this accusations let's see how it goes when they launch their platform.

Check previous pages too so you can get a conclusion about how their "professional" marketerS work creating a hype every time.

The only thing they have is a pdf they created which they called it whitepaper and a video that shows transactions between 2 nodes running on same computer with zero network latency due to hyper-v.

You can invest your bitcoins to some ICO, but you must carefully learn about the ICO project.
Find out their project and team, because there are some ICO's that turned into a scam.
