That's a good thing.  I hope more people will bet on the 'fan favorite' Wonderboy Thompson so that the lines move giving Woodley more value.  I have already made a bet on him at 2.09 and I will bet more if I see his line move higher.  Thompson choked in the first fight, this time he's saying he'll let go and strike away.  That will open him up for mistakes that Woodley can exploit.

Tyron woodley is not getting the respect as a champion and so is the reason he is frustrated and he might take that out against Wonderboy in this match and i have not seen any champion being an underdog, no wonder he is complaining  .What i understand is that no one appreciates Tyron is simply because he fought for the title after coming off a split decision victory over Kelvin Gastelum and for over a year he did not fight and got the opportunity to fight for the title while  Demian Maia and Thomson were riding more win streaks and deserved the title shot than Woodley at that time.

Nah.  I think he's just trying to get attention in order to draw a large crowd and sell the fight.  I think he's also trying to be something like Muhammad Ali by going the racial prejudice route, hoping to get our heads turned and get our attention.  This is not the day and age to do that anymore because the social and political issues are different compared to Ali's time.

I didn't realize that 209 is less than two weeks away!  I still got the Wood for this bout and this time I think Thompson will open up and Woodley will be happy to exploit this with his explosive counter attacks.  I kinda think Thompson is a little bit hyped too much.  Watch his underwhelming performance vs Mac Donald.

Want to get the crowd going?  Woodley should start acting ghetto and Tupac his way to get people to hate him, and then love him but all the way interested in what he's gonna do next. 

It is really hard to imagine a ghetto style from him and i really do not think Woodley will be changing his personality .The just has to focus on his fighting and start defeating his challenges. Looking back at history Fedor Emelianenko never talked a lot but he proved his skills inside the ring by defeating everyone and so is the reason he got a fan following and was considered the best fighter ever.So i agree with the fact that Woodley has to focus on fighting rather than complaining but UFC has to give him due respect .

Here's something to get you guys more excited about 209.  Tony Ferguson seems hellbent on beating Khabib Nurmagomedov and will do anything to get in his opponent's head.  And here's the funny part, Ferguson called Khabib 'fat' and that he'll never make weight.  The hilarity, love it.  Go listen to the media call.  I'm liking Ferguson more and more after this.

I read some of the transcript and kinda funny how Tyron Woodley would play the
"race" card on the table. We all know that D. Johnson has clean up his division
so its hard to promote him no one in his division has match up to him so seldom
that he gets fight, but if he did he was promoted same as other champion.
Jon Jones has its own problem as well, and we see how UFC have promoted him
as well during this championship days. There are a lot of black champions before
him and no one is complaining. The issue with him is his attitude. To quote Dana,

“The thing is with Tyron, he’s a smart guy, he’s a good looking kid, he’s explosive, he’s got knockout power but he’s a bit of a drama queen,” White said when speaking with ESPN recently. “The way that he’s talking about [being] treated, too and I think he means the fans, when a fight is made and Conor McGregor is a perfect example. Conor McGregor has that fight anybody, anywhere attitude but doesn’t just have the attitude, he lives it. It is one of the best cards after UFC 205 and the fights i am looking for in this card are Tyron Woodley v Stephen Thompson ,Khabib Nurmagomedov v Tony Ferguson, Rashad Evans  v  Dan Kelly, Alistair Overeem  v Mark Hunt.
This is the second time Overeem and Mark Hunt are facing and this time i am betting on Hunt to win the match.
Hard to determine how Rashad Evans will be in the new weight division ,injuries have taken a toll in his body.

Wonderboy will open himself up for Tyron's counter attacks if he does what he says in the fight. Wonderboy promised he will let his kicks and punches fly and I hope he really will do it. That is what Tyron wants so he can find opportunities to close the distance. His explosiveness will catch his opponent open to a knockout. Be sure to wait for it in the fight.

So you are going with Tony Ferguson in this match  . I like both the fighters but Khabib Nurmagomedov is my man and i would not really want to bet against him as i am following Khabib long before he was in the UFC and i made a good amount of money with his matches .I know this is a close match up and if Khabib could close the distance and take Tony down and escapes Tony's guard then it is a win for Khabib,but Tony could lock in chokes in any angle and that is the danger Khabib will be facing in this match.

After seeing the break down it look like Woodley won the first fight and he was robbed by giving it a draw and once again i watched the entire match and it was really a win for Woodley and the two rounds that Thompson could have won was a close round so i am going with Woodley to win the match as the champ is the underdog once again.
