Looks like less than 500 people hold PROC if you check out the "rich list".   Pretty small user base.  Prolly why they have the iPronetwork pyramid scheme backend for the POS lol.

If your internet goes down for just a second, sometimes it gets stuck and won't keep loading the blockchain.
Try restarting the Wallet. That should fix the issue.
