LOL Sherlock, the company that runs the club can be based at any address, in this case the club manager/agent address.

And the token sale is about getting a membership to the club not about owning a piece of the club.

Most clubs have memberships, however in this case it's the first time being done with cryptocurrency.
And no club is about owning a piece of it but having advantages that the membership provides.

The Legends Room provides $2500 in drinks and $2500 in dances to all members who purchase during the sale.
It's like getting a free membership if you use the credit.
