Guessin' somewhere between $1 and $1000. For sure.
Lol, realistically she'll stay at or near $100. I hope so... We need a lil btc stability in our life for a week or two.
This rollercoaster stuff is a wild ride.  Too many haxors, mt. boxed in, slander from the news, and general bullshit. Makes our poor btc run like the LTC chicken. Haha.  Grin

Wait until this evening or midnight to find out.I think there is still some short term fears but still no realization the price seems to have settled almost 3 times the 2011 high.I think it will be a volatile year as BTC gets more press so prepare for extreme highs and lows.

I pretty much concur with the others here but I don't think we'll hit 150 until week's end.
120/95 seems about right for Monday.
With all the new money coming in this week it should steadily gain and hit 150-160 by the weekend.

$100 median +/- 10%.  It is Sunday, Goxlag seems to be reduced, and honestly I think most traders are looking for a break.  Monday on the other hand Huh

I will sell you 1 week $150 calls.  What would you like to purchase and name your price.

I think this "yeah we will only see a 50% return in a week not a day" "downplay" has just got to stop.  Hell if Bitcoin hit $150 by the end of the year it would still make it the best performing currency in the world.

Has trading been haulted? I've been buying and selling hi's and low's but I haven't seen much market movement in 24 hours?

I'm using Bitfloor but also watching Gox.

So you genuinely think we gonna hit quadruple digits this summer?

Its either 2 steps forward and 1 step back or 3 steps forward and 5 steps back. Choose wisely.

Nah, volume is just lower on Sundays. Plus the dust has settled from the correction of last week and we've returned to a more stable  trend. I suspect this week will see some gains though from money coming in due to the Winklevoss story.

I think you completely misunderstood something here. How is 150$ by end of the year quadruple digits this summer?

And what can we actually choose? Very few here (if any at all) really have the ability to manipulate the marked.

All previous versions of currency will no longer be supported as of this update

I say this because of the nature of how reversals happen. If it is early (that does the over 150 in a week imply) it always results in further acceleration of the bubble. Never, and I mean never has the price gone parabolic and then stabilized at a high level. Such a bubble at this point would be disastrous.

Once again I think you need to read SLOWER.  I said I DONT think we will see 50% gain by the end of the week.  To prove it I am willing to sell him 150 BTC calls.  Those calls would expire worthless IF BTC DOESN'T RISE to more than $150 by the end of the week.  I would profit under that scenario and lose (potentially massively) if BTC DID rise above $150 by the end of the week.

No trading has been halted.  The crazy 20% per hour moves were due to MtGox lag.*  No real lag today so much less movement.

* Not I am not predicting that price can't fall or rise just pointing out the directionless volatility always spiked when MtGox became untradable.  A sharp move downward followed by an equally sharp move upward.
