How come u guys talking about exchange. The dev did not deliver what they promised. They said end of september token net then news about choseuk or whatsoever. Now they still did not deliver tokennet. What next reason ? No news about token net distribution and someone selling huge of boscoin. Howcome ?

Nothing is 100% sure unless it's there, but I'd rather see a good working platform which is a few days late, than a platform with bugs and glitches. We are all greatly anticipating the TokenNet launch, but after all Rome wasn't built in a day either. I'm sure, however, that the team is doing their utmost best.

Especially in the latest newsletters there have been frequent development announcements and updates.
Feel free to check out the code base if you want to check the development progress faster than on a weekly basis.

As for the reason why BOScoin is not using the Ethereum ERC-20 token standard is because BOScoin is a brand new project with its own blockchain implementation. The team could have used ERC-20, but they have decided to write their own TokenNet in a C++ implementation based on the Stellar Consensus Protocol which, unlike the ERC-20 token standard, would be easier to port to the MainNet written in D, also based on Stellar.
