Will the ICO conducted through escrow?
Yes. The Dutch
NLnet Foundation will be the receiver and guardian of all funds throughout the entirety of the project (not just the campaign). They have been a supporter of open source projects for the past 20 years. You can find their recommendations
here. Every expense has to be published and justified; NLnet is checked by the Dutch government.
NLnet is recognized by the government as a ´
Public Benefit Organisation´, so Dutch funders can even receive a tax exemption for participating.

To all: thank you very much for these offers. I am currently bootstrapping the CMS we use for all the translations. We´ll contact you ASAP.
List of bounties and requested translations will be posted here.
any bounty ? bounty social media ?
Any bounty campaign like twitter camp, facebook camp, signature camp etc
Currently, most bounties are aimed at development or translations. Send me some successful examples (with published conversion rates for actual signups or translations etc) and we´re open to allocate from the budget of the PR agencies to the community. Eventually, all you guys here would probably be the early adopters anyway
We´re going to need quite some translators as well, so translating ambassadors for the site and foreign boards are welcomed. Will post a list which languages have priority due to the campaign.
What are further plans after the publication of an alpha release and loading on Github?
Will you have an open testing of the project or only the start of a ready-made product?
And what promotion is planned on bitcointalk?
- Further plans: have the alpha tested by the dev community (Matthias has been gathering developers in his threads), so they can try out how their own coins can be used on the multiwallet besides the first few we support off the shelf. Just to be clear; no one will have to pay or buy in for this. For the most popular ones (ranking based on Coinmarketcap) we´ll also provide bounties. Hybrid valueswapping will be the next milestone, but first we want the multiwallet to be stable, secure and easy-to-use. Depending on the outcome of the crowdfund, we intend to scale up the team to reduce delivery times.
- Open testing of the product. The wallet alpha is tested now with a closed group first, to weed out the most obvious bugs and keep the process managable. After that we´ll need feedback from all sides for instance to make sure interoperability is maintained, the GUI optimized, and security kept top notch.
- Promotion - as you may notice from my response just above this one, we mostly outsourced PR support to external parties, but are open to support campaigning efforts by the community on the board. For instance both the site, BCT opening post and press releases are being translated.
Since even before we started, there have been initiatives with... hollow promises, opening up for funds without a single line of code. Our main focus for the past years has been to first produce something tangible and preferably at least partially usable, so the community can actually verify we´re creating something real which could be an addition to (or an evolution of) the cryptosphere.
If anyone feels their question is insufficiently answered, please reply and I´ll clarify. I´ll add your questions and answers to the FAQ on the website as well.
