If you are in depression you need a specialist to give you a proper advice.  While you are at it, you can start the change yourself.  Try to reach out to your family or your friend.  Their support might help you forget your depression. Depending on your health, maybe walks in nature would be most apropiate exercise, somewhat like meditation. And again, talk about your problems, dont give up and hide it from yourself and world.

Depression is a silent attacker, it will attacks you even in your happiest time. For me to avoid depression I always make myself busy, I usually spend my time reading, listen to music, watching some movies, working and meditating. I don't leave any vacant time for depression. Because I want to bee happy and I want to spend my time with people that makes me happy. I don't want to waste my time only for depression.

Getting support plays an essential role in overcoming depression. On your own, it can be difficult to maintain a healthy perspective and sustain the effort required to beat depression. At the same time, the very nature of depression makes it difficult to reach out for help. When you’re depressed, the tendency is to withdraw and isolate so that connecting to even close family members and friends can be tough.

I overcome depression by taking a vacation to the beach, breathing fresh air to keep my brain cool and cool. and listen to my favorite songs.

There are many ways to cope with depression, but most people need more practical actions like eating or talking to more people.

I think it's best to have positive thoughts on things. Do not put too much hope into the plans you have set. If you really try, I'm sure you will succeed.
Also, after work you should take yoga, gym or maybe jogging classes from time to time, I think it will help us relax and overcome depression.
