You're right - it's too late to launch the preICO this month. It'll start in the beginning of april.

Pre-ICO is coming and I can't see the Road Map and token distribution. Also I scanned previous posts and this coin is priced at 1 eth is 500 DILs. Which means regular price is at 48 000 satoshis. Market cap is more than 100 million dollars. Is this correct?
