Since it is just a group, it is not enough to be a basis when bitcoin  will pump or dump because millions or hunred million dollar worth of bitcoin is needed as to make a dump or pump. Hence, it isn't easy to find a big whale friend or group since you need to be them too in order for you to be with him or them. In overall, speculations or right prediction is the only basis of trading. However, updating in the news like bitcoin news would help for you to ascertain when to trade with bitcoin pair.

It can be just a speculation when this is going to happen because If we know it then we would all invest in bitcoin and then wait for the pump time and sell the coins, when bitcoin price gets dumped or crash we have some feelings that it will because an exchange gets hacked or something in china will happen but when a pump is expected to happen this is enigmatic.

Nobody knows when the alternate currency pump. It is simple solution about tha. When the demand of that altcoins will go up because of the market, the supply also will be became small so they need the price to go high because of the demand is very high, they need to do that because they know that the buyers will go for it. it is never possible to predict a pump.
but you should know one thing: there is a difference between a pump and a rally.

a pump is a fake rising of price by the manipulators and mostly the pumping groups who fooled some people into buying that particular coin so there is not many signs before it happens.

but a rally is a real price rise based on real things. for example a good news, some new development in that project, some new adoption, some regulation, and many other different things. and the signs are always out there for you to see and predict. you only have to know where to look for them.

yes we mostly working on speculation and imagination. but not sure that either the price of bitcoin will increase or decrease. but we use our own analysis collecting information about bitcoin from people views and interest. but it is not necessary that our prediction will be proves as correct for every time.
