How to know about next pump?

I have a friend of a friend that has made a lot of money hanging out with developers of major coins at bars and finding out information before it is main stream. Perhaps you can hit them up on Twitter and offer to buy them a beer! 

Well, I think that those developers have nothing to do with the pump or dump activities, it's the market to decide whether it's the time for the specific coin to change its price or not, unless the developers are going to pump the coin with tons of money which they've gained from the ICO. but even with tonnes of money, it's still hard if the coins were having big volume, and most of the developers are holding few percents of the coin.

yes it is very hard to know about the next pump, we can only speculate about the net pump from the news and from the increasing number of bitcoin uses. but in fact it not so easy to know exactly the next pump of bitcoin.

For bitcoin is it harder to speculate/predict because the bitcoin price is affected directly from the news and a good factor is China, most of the miners are there and we have seen the unconfirmed transaction how was increased just because that there happened something. For other altcoins is easier to know when a coin is going to be dumped especially if it is a new coin then a dump is expected.

Yeah right and with bitcoins its rather impossible. While with alt coins the owners control the prices and hence it can be guessed while bitcoins are controlled by us people and difficult to know anything.

I think though that a pump is not necessary to be known for making profit, just buy when cheap and sell when high. With altcoins I cannot say that because they hardly get up and down, its just once up and then down and down.

When it comes to bitcoin, it is best to read the charts and try to apply some technical tools such as moving averages and support/resistance levels. Keeping a sharp ear to news and developments regarding bitcoin can help traders and investors.

And coming to Altcoins, it is usually pump and dump. Very hard to call. Trade with caution. Technical Analysis may not always work as there are pump and dump groups. Inside knowledge of these groups can help and never rely in troll and chat boxes!

Experienced traders get to know about bitcoin . altcoin pump just by looking at the buy and sell orders. This is their experience counts. Most of the time they predict the correct outcome and make descion based upon their analysis.

I am not sure how exactly will it work with Bitcoin pumping, might be hard with the current market cap.

It's more like a game in yobit because even shit coins their are listed and still there are traders who love to play the game. The blinking or color does not mean so much, it's just a coincidence because the appropriate way in order to determine the price pump of a certain coin is by following the news through the ANN Thread or on their official site.

There are some symptoms of identification of the next pump and the most common symptom is you see the shoutbox keeps shouting about a particular coin and almost everyone advice you to buy that particular coin. Alternatively, you see constant purchase orders by the bots with smaller denominations to grab attention. These things also happen in normal routine but the speed and volume in loud in a case of pump and dump scheme.

Yes ,it is not guaranteed thats life of a trader .almost all of us will only based on our prediction and analysis of the market . I can't also assure on my prediction .but as much as possible i do two moves incase of a big pump or dump that stratedgy will be more likely on both sides either pump or dump.
I frequently some moves on trading before get into a conclusion if it will be pump or just a false pump by other traders and not the manipulators.

That is why you need to have a lot of source of predictions and just go for the people who has the most accurate predictions that ever predicted.  Even us can know when the next pump is only if we do have some reliable sources and that information are being passed to one another which makes the info to change and not reliable anymore.

these sources that you keep repeating and suggesting here, are all a bad idea and leads to losing your money. and obviously you have never tried one of them nor checked their history properly.

when you see their history of prediction you only look at the name of the coin and the fact that it was pumped but you should look at the time and date of their announcement.

if you could find someone who has "always" been calling the pumps at least a week before it happened and when "price was low" then introduce that to me because you have found a non-existant pumper
they will always tell you about it when price is already high or had one rise already and it is late for entry.

Yobit green blinking means that someone is buying that coin continuously and that coin is pumping. Thats the definition that you will get from yobit .But in reality it is being misuse by coin Dev through bots. Bots pump the coin by 1 sat or 5 sat and it seems coin is pumping which make people thing to buy in that coin. So it is not the real pump. Be careful with that.

No one can actually predict what the future of the price is going to be or when is the next pump, unless they have a time machine or a superpower.

Like you mentioned, the manipulation of bitcoin prices by a pump group maybe a hoax. But, for an altcoin it would be possible as dev team itself act as a inside people. Basically those altcoins are being created only for bump and dump.

I dont think it is hard to find out next pump for it is not something natural or para normal thing.It is human created and it is not that few traders just make money by pump by pure luck.
They first create pump, make money and exit.

Just an ordinary price movement
So i don't think it has a huge effect to the bitcoin market price, it's my opinion by the way
But when you are trading in small exchange and you create a group with another big tradet then you can manipulate the market and know exactly when the pump will happened.
