thanks a lot Omega the problem was solved , it seems that some bugs happening with the new version
my problem was that my balance was showing more than what I actually have , cause I had received a transaction 4 days ago and the new version of the wallet showed it two times

the problem got solved by refreshing the wallet , I didn't know that there is a refresh option when you hover the mouse over the currency  symbol  Grin
so if you face the same problem here is the solution

ehh I still suffer bugs using exodus , now can't send bitcoins and when I try to rescan the blockchain I get an error message
a couple of days this happened with me and it got fixed like after 2 hours without doing anything , now been trying to send for like 4 hours and still getting the same message

I upgraded the wallet but still having the same thing , support saying that I need to get another connection but still having the same
tried to rescan the litecoin blockchain and it was successful , so the problem only exists with bitcoin for me

anyone having the same issue today ?

No I didn't cause I haven't left the house today also I don't have moblie internet , but tried to restart the router many times cause they suggested that and still facing the same issue
I guess better wait till tomorrow , I thought the release they made 1.37.2 was supposed to solve it so hopefully they are working on fixing this

no it's not my connection , I tried sending and receiving litecoin and all worked fine so the problem mainly exists with bitcoin wallet
I have contacted their support and let me quote what they said :

We will fix this as soon as we can. In the meantime, you can use a VPN and within the VPN a US (or Canadian) server in order to refresh and send BTC transactions from the Exodus wallet

so the users outside of US or Canada are still having the same issue , basically the two upgrades didn't fix the problem at all actually it was kinda better for me before the upgrades  Grin

so users need to use a VPN now , I haven't tried it before cause their support last time said to me that VPNs may actually be the problem and asked me to not use VPN

i have my wallet on mac.. i wanted use today but i dont know where i saved my 12 words,also i cant get recovery link to mail,i tried unistal and delete app to create new acc but when i instal again i am automatic logged in old account,i didnt have any funds on acc so i would like to create new acc on my macbook.. how i can do that?

A really great wallet and an awesome support. They keep delivering regular updates and I really like using it for my day to day stuff. I d like to see NEO and Gas on Exodus, that s my only recommendation. I did help a few my friends download, install it and explained to them how easy it is to use it. They re also very happy with Exodus.

A really great wallet and an awesome support. They keep delivering regular updates and I really like using it for my day to day stuff. I d like to see NEO and Gas on Exodus, that s my only recommendation.
I'm not 100% sure but I think they're gonna add soon both Neo + Gas, I read something like that on Reddit if I'm not wrong.

I'm not 100% sure but I think they're gonna add soon both Neo + Gas, I read something like that on Reddit if I'm not wrong.
NEO is currently marked as "Planned" in Exodus roadmap. I haven't seem anything about Gas.

Happy to see a thread dedicated to Exodus. I have bitcoins there and would like to take advantage of the forked assets bch and btg. I haven't tried accessing my private keys and exporting them and would appreciate some help/tips.

If I export to a bch and btg wallet, that action would not affect my bitcoins in exodus, right? Or do I have to move my bitcoins first before exporting to bch or btg wallets? Thanks.

My experience with exodus wallet is very good.But lately their fee has gone up.
Waiting for Eden go live and als to improve /add more futures like importing addresses etc
