i too had to leave, since i was loosing money instead of receaving paypal freazese the account

Given that the service provider isnt addressing these concerns
The nature of the complaint's
and the login times I would advise against this service.
This company is using stealth accounts and now the accounts are waking up and clients asking for refunds, hiribi ask that you honor the refund then they resend funds via another account but keeps you in a never ending cycle until you get limited.

Basically even with 5-20% extra they offer it isnt worth it in the end.
At one point I condoned this service but when I started learning how it worked and could validate it was grey area. I stopped using the service.

Can't say I recommend these guys after I did a small transaction to a PayPal account I've owned for a relatively long amount of time well below $500 that was referenced earlier in this thread, and that account became limited a couple hours after the funds were added to my PayPal account. The site refuses to give me any sort of compensation for the amount of BTC I sent to them, and I've also put up negative trust on the account representing Hiribi for the time unless I get some sort of compensation for this. Thankfully the account was empty before I sent funds over and the amount transacted wasn't a big deal, but it still sucks that Hiribi refuses to do anything about this.

What do you want them to do?

Did you receive all the PayPal funds promised? Yes you did

Did your account get permanently limited? Yes it did. You would have known this would have happened if you read this thread, numerous reports of this happening

PayPal limits accounts for various reasons and nobody knows the real ones.
PayPal can limit you anytime. You just can do your best to avoid this.
If you want add some information feel free to reply this post!

Registration:

If you did not have PayPal accounts before:

- Not every country can accept receiving payments. Check this possibility before creating an account.

- While registration you have to use the real name, contact information details and other data. In a case if PayPal require the additional info about you and your activities, you have to provide all documents.

- Do not create multiple accounts with the same information. By User Agreement of PayPal, you can have only one account (Personal and/or Business) that associated with you and any kind of information about you (eg: phone number).

- Check closely all filled information while registration because lately PayPal will give you changing some info but it will mark your account as suspicious.

- You can create any type of PayPal account but as we send funds like “goods and services”, it is better to create the business account.

- The information that you provide has to match with the country of registration. For example: do not use UK phone number/address/credit card/passport/etc. if you create French account.

- Avoid using proxies, Tor browser, IPs from another country or public Wi-Fi areas to sign into the account. If you must use a VPN using a dedicated VPN source. In the future, try to use the same IP that you have while creating the account.

- Enter the full info: do not skip the question or interrupt registration in the middle of the process.

- If you create the business account, choose the occupation that you know. By PayPal terms, they can ask for details about your business anytime. You have to provide the details of your activity and it will be good if you can prove it.


If you had the PP account before or want to create multiple accounts:

- All tips that were provided before are actual for multiple accounts.

- Do not use the same IP and MAC address for each account.

- Do not use the information that other accounts have (phone number/passport ID, name, address/credit or debit card/ bank account/etc.). You can ask your friends for help. Remember: do not use the fake info.
 
- If you had the account before and it was limited, DO NOT USE any information that can be associated with it.

- You have to verify the information that PayPal asked
