The best way, if you have the possibility, is to travel in a country where the language is speaked.
If not, start with learning vocabulary. For example every day 10 new words.
After time, when your vocabulry is good enough read articles, post books, to get a feeling for the grammar.
Last step is to have conversations with people in the new language.

Here are some tips and techniques on learning a new language:

- watch movies in foreign language with english subtitles
- try to use it everyday, even in simple forms
- don't just try learning the bad words, learn to construct proper sentences also
- have a friend who speaks the language you want to learn

What apps that can teach you a new language? Thanks in advance

I don't think that apps can help with learning english. Everytime when i buy a new app, I forget about it in the next week. There is maybe the one exception, this is "italki".

Hello,
How to we learn a new language?
What is the most practical method of learning a new language?
What are the methods of learning that you apply and benefit you?

Hi!

I used Rosetta Stone. It's the best software for learning a new language. You can download it. Also, it's useful to meet people whose native language is not English and practice English with them, they speak slowly than native speakers and it's a good way to get confidence and learn English.

First of all i suggest you to visit language courses. Secondly, if you have enough money, you can visit country where live native speakers of language you learn and practice there.

You can try and learn other language through online sites. Not only it has translator but as well as voice that can let you hear the exact pronounciation of the each word.

for me the best method of learning a foreign language is to get into the country. When you're surrounded by a new one, you better remember. A good way is to watch films in a foreign language and go to school.

Practical is not always ideal. It is practical to get a language partner or chat mate, usually they want to learn english, then ask them to teach you what language they speak. The ideal way is to actually find a reputable language school, so that you will have guidance from language instructors, and if the language you are learning have an official exam like IELTS, JLPT or TOPIK, go to a review center and take the exam. In the end of all that, practice makes perfect. You will forget whatever you learn if you don't continuously use it.
