Learning a new a language is like a baby who wants to start to speak on his own. One of the best way to learn a new language is you have someone whom you can speak and know the language. It is quite hard but if you want there's nothing impossible.

I think a good technique in learning and understanding a new language is to familiarize yourself to it. For a start try to watch series or dramas with subtitle (if needed) then bit by bit try to copy how they say things or when they say it.

One of the main reasons to plan ahead before you learn a new language is to ensure you select the right language. Choosing a language that won’t help you achieve your goals could take valuable time away from studying a language that would better suit you. While learning any language is valuable, learning the right one is invaluable. Common languages are particularly popular, but not every language is right for every person.

Plus, planning ahead will help ensure you select the right approach. The right approach can make a difference between you enjoying your language study and suffering through it, so it’s essential to choose the right approach for you.

Finally, planning ahead will help you save time during the learning process. Otherwise, you might need to pause to consider what you need to do next in your language study, or you might lose motivation altogether and quit.

aside from learning its definition, watch movies and dramas of that language. It may take long but i think it is the most effective. Like for example you wanted to learn japanese, watch a lot of anime then you will notice that you already familiarized some words or better if you do not need any subtitles.

Learning a new language is hard. It's like a child learning his first words. You have to practice every day. That's the only thing that you can do. Practice every day just like it is your every language to use.

Learning a new language is quite interesting though at first it seems hard, but in the long run it is always an advantage to learn other language so that when you go other places you will look smart  and not totally  stranger.

To learn new things is always an advantage on our part especially language.  I believe that if we have the desire and willingness to learn though at first it is hard.  So for me learning new language is quite interesting.
