Watch movies of different language with subtitle. Gradually you'll pick up the simple words and even use it in your daily life.

If you're looking for a paid solution, there are courses in language institutes that you can apply for, and also I've found Rosetta Stone software packages to be quite useful.

Other than that as others have said, try watching movies in the language or find some native speaker to interact with, although this way it takes more time to learn the language.

Learning new language for me is one of the things that i want to know. Becuase now i just only know two languages so far , i only speak english and our own dialect. Learning new languages may help us to communicate easier to other countries and other people.

Enrolling in a language class and learning from a teacher whose native tongue is the language you want to master is good. Also, speaking with other people using that same language can help you learn faster and retain knowledge.

A good way to learn a new language IMHO was watching movies with subtitles on. The trick is to watch movie genres that you like, e.g. for me it was sci-fi and horror movies. When you choose such a movie you kind of stop thinking about it being in a foreign language - instead you are trying to get what's going on and how it's gonna end
