I want to learn French, so I'm going to marry a French man. This is another way of learning a new language, by having a good relationship with someone that knows the new language you want to learn.

Hello,
How to we learn a new language?
What is the most practical method of learning a new language?
What are the methods of learning that you apply and benefit you?

It really depends on everyone. But the most effective and sure way to learn a new language is to get someone to teach and train you to speak the language. And while you're taking lessons, you have to read a lot of articles and other reading materials, and then you also need to watch movies or short clips that are translates into tjat language which you would like to learn. It's just like learning English as well.

I second duolingo for learning the basics, but if you want to master a new language, nothing beats learning from a native speaker.

Listening and speaking are the best way to learning a language. You should imitate babies. They learn a language without knowing a language.

Get an instructor and take your lessons. Practice always and listen to the people who talk the language and try to understand. But first, familiarize yourself with the words that are commonly being used especially the articles, verbs and pronouns.

I think peoples should not strop learning any new thing because everything is useful in this world and nothing is useless, so try to furnish your personality with multiple things / skills some where else you can use them. Try to learn new languages can be helpful when you go to abroad for traveling and exploring new peoples. I am also learning Chinese language which is much difficult for me.

Living a life with native speaker. That's the fastest way you learn a new language. You can communicate with them every single day, that means you practice your new language almost everytime.

The challenge of learning a new language differs from one language to another depending on difficulty level. Some language are easier to learn than others
But the Paramount thing is that you must like and embrace the culture and people you want to learn their language.

You can take courses if there are any available for you for the particular language. If you can find an actual tutor, then that would be great. If not, then try searching online for one. It would also be a great idea to watch movies in the particular language you are trying to learn and if you have friends who speak the language then hang out with them more. Good luck!

Rosetta Stone software I found the most useful. It makes you repeat stuff a thousand times, but you get it, and not only that, but you remember it forever. Seriously, after 5 years, I can't get the sentences I learned using Rosetta out of my head. I will remember them always.

Well you need a lot of dedication and the best way to learn a foreign language is to find the bearer of that language and have conversation with them

For me, I'm also trying to learn a new language for some time now, I tried using The Michel Thomas Method. It's quite easy in a way, you listen to an audio where there's a teacher and students, as if co-learning with them.
