Guys, before you make any deposits to Tidex, ensure you check your Deposit Address and also use MEMO address if one is added to that currency.
this can safe a lot of issues.
Yes, many people won't bother about these things and keep on complaining about the system, instead of sending support ticket better look twice your wallets because once you loose it is very hard for us for everyone to keep track on it.

So are you going to consider adding the coin XRB or not?
People are anticipating it's arrival and I am positive there are alot of them and not just me.

Guys, bitcoin wallet set low fee by default. We are working on the issue. But as a result the fee will be higher. Please take it into consideration.
Yes, please fix it, i withdrawal 2500 usd and bitcoin wallet set a fee for only .3 usd, thats not enough for miners, at least set a 1 usd fee. I think we can find an elegant solution.  |

I don't think people will be to confident to deposit any bitcoin into an exchange where it is still in the testing phase. Atleast I wouldn't want to risk any of my coins in one. Announce when it is out of this beta phase then I think you will have more people who will want to try out your exchange services. |

You've been pushing updates to your website day by day and that is a good thing especially on an exchange that's just starting with their business. I visited your website to check the chart that you have there and I must say, the chart looks good and it is very functional. It will be very useful for the users of your exchange. If I'm not mistaken, your chart is provided by TradingView, right? |

Only I hope to see bigger time frames also. My systems are not based on 5,15 or 30 minutes.

Hello Guys! At the moment, we are still in the testing phase, without any eta. But also I want to say that, we have already fixed a very large number of hot bugs, basically there are only minor problems and of course cosmetic defects. |

At the moment, I do not see any reason to change our policy for listing of the new projects and trading commissions. |
