Yours have a 93.458 sat/B fee. You can try accelerating your transaction using viabtc tool and wait for it to be included in the next block they will mine. Tidex is not the ones in fault why your funds have not arrived in your wallet yet. Next time make sure that you are sending a transaction with the proper fee it requires if you hate waiting. |

I've been lurking your thread for quite some time now and I noticed that you are still in public testing. I just would like to check when would this end? Do you have any additional features to be added in your website? Honestly speaking, I haven't had the time to deposit and trade in your exchange because I don't want the fact that you are still in public testing. Looking forward for your answer. Thanks.

today I have quickly removed bitcoin from other exchange. Tidex 5 days don't give my money. Because they save on the commission |

Your transaction is not yet confirmed because you sent it with a less fee than the required which is atlest 200 satoshi/byte if you want to confirm it fast. Yours have a 93.458 sat/B fee. You can try accelerating your transaction using viabtc tool and wait for it to be included in the next block they will mine. Hello JanpriX! In fact, we do not change the status of beta testing for several reasons. Many important things happened under the hood In the near future, we are planing to completely update the design and user interface. Also, in the very near future, we are planing to change the tx fees (it will be 150 sat/byte be default) for bitcoin and probably, in the next releases give for users the option of choosing a tx fees, so their transaction will be processed as soon as possible. |

We will provide such opportunity to each user. |
