Used Tidex for first time few weeks back.
Purchased waves no problems.
Due to me not reading about Memo, I tried to deposit to sell and failed.
Customer Support is second to none I have ever dealt with.
Dealt with issue swiftly and Waves were retrieved.
I would highly recommend this site to anyone

DONT GO on this SCAM Exchange ... You won't be able withdraw here , they simply not send you the email confirmation when you ask for withdraw , i received all different email from Tidex , but never the withdraw one !! so my btc , mobilego, , wavesgo are blocked and i m scamed cause willl probalbly lose my profit cause can't trade and i try to buy ETH , it seem the order is waiting for someone else buy it .... joke ? no ... it s not instant buy  or sell

Hello guys,
I have a problem to send MGO to your platform.
It says that i need to enter a memo adress.
My MGO are on MEW and there is just a adress wallet for send them not memo adress.
I can't send them or I don't need to enter memo adress for MGO?
