When U go and click deposit on your website for ziftrCoins it gives me an address and an attachment. However when I put the address into my ziftrCoin wallet it goes red and does not allow me to transact the ammount. There is also no space to put the address.

It's probably because "ziftrCoin" is not listed on Tidex.

You may be confused with zrCoin (Zirconium Coin), it's a totally different coin.

Bravo to Tidex for actually responding to users in good time  

So many larger exchanges simply do not respond to tickets. I have 5 open tickets at 5 exchanges that have been sitting there for weeks with no response. (I won't name names, but they're all in the top 10 Western exchanges list).

I, too, had a problem with Ethereum transactions several days ago as did a lot of other users (not in Tidex, but from Parity wallet). Hopefully it should be mostly resolved now. Some transactions that didn't have enough gas may have been stuck in the transaction queue when the status.im ICO opened up.

Anyway, I just registered with Tidex and think they may have a very bright future ahead if this level of customer response keeps up. We need more exchanges like Tidex!

It does look like they are going to control your coins inside. I have some bad experience with this exchange which is why whenever WAVES token is involve and have not listed anywhere but here in tidex, terrible things awaits.
