i depostited some erc20 coins (snovio) 3 days ago at tidex and now my coins dissappeard !! The transaction was succesful as you can see in etherscan ?

I have been trying to withdraw ETH from TIDEX exchange for the past 8 hours, however it appears the withdraw requests have been stuck in "Processing". Can you please escalate / speed up the withdrawal process. 8+ hour delay is really unacceptable.

I got a checksumed error when I try to send tokens from MyEtherWallet to tidex. I got it with drgn and IDH. I don't want to use a deposit with this error.

Sometimes even we are experiencing the same situation but after sometime again we can able to see the balance. The problem with the exchanges is some due to the lagging of website balance may disappear but after refresh, we can able to see balances. So don't worry about it.

Hello. May I know why there are too many bots and fake volume in Tidex? Are you trying to focus people attention to your trading website? Just look at Anryz/bitcoin pair and you will see how awful the fake volume is doing in this section. Please explain me about this issue

Yeah, Waves is the biggest fake volume ever...

if you check here, their daily volume is like 11m, but if you really check the trades, its just all fake. As soon you post an order at the same price, all the orders show up in their history, the price changes. If you cancel, it goes instantly back. And the prices in the history never ever show up in the orderbook. Super annoying. What do you actually try to accomplish? This bullshit cannot really have a positive effect on your popularity and seriosity.

because TIDEX does not retire to the WAGERR wallet, when trying to withdraw, generate an incorrect error message from the wallet, in this situation, should Tidex update Wagerr wallet to make withdrawal?
