In my experience, i still gamble because i want to get back what i lost and i always think that if i play again i might become lucky this time. so thats my mindset when im playing. i know its not right but i cant help it. but that was before because i changed myself now, though its hard at first to quit gambling but if you are dedicated you can do it.

Anyone can overcome his addiction in gambling if that person is really determined to quit gambling. If he realizes the bad results caused by his addiction he can really stop himself from gambling again. The bad thing from knowing that is it is already late when we start to realize that. We need to start again from 0 if we want to recover from our life.

You should try to limit the amount of money would you have spent gambling per day. Do not let you spend more than the amount that you've created. Classic problem gamblers is when they feel they can take back the money that has been lost, and think this is the time of his luck. Maybe it could be changed a bit, if you've spent your money day, not yet gamble again and think that "Tomorrow is your lucky day.

The question is how?, simply by diverting your attention to the other hobby like playing basket ball, playing chess, bonding with friends, bonding with your couple, bonding with your family and many more.

There's is no other way we can do about in gambling sites, but to win or lose in the game that's definitely correct. Now even loss in the games most often it doesn't matter if we continue to loss our money, just important for us is the satisfaction into our body and mind must fulfil it before end of the day. Their ultimate goal is to make big bank roll, no one will change this type mentality, because they are addicted to gambling and will not change their mind at all.

What do you mean by "used to be addicted to gambling"? You can't be "used to be addicted". Better words are "is addicted but doesn't gamble any more". Family support and distraction will be important his whole life, not just in one period.

yes you are right that is a human nature so we cant blame them but there is destiny calling for that so if you are in badluck that is your destiny to lost but if you are in goodluck that is your destiny to win. People always see to blame but it is destiny that makes them well. People always think negative that is why destiny is always negative.
