I think because of addiction,when we started to gamble then we try and try  until it become our habit.We still hoping that maybe someday we will win.When it becomes a habit its difficult to remove.

As i see it is worth to try again as the odds is a close chances .However i also agree that most of this odds is a trap for us to deposit and play again but its up to is there is a result and a lesson on it. I'm taking aardvark15's side here. Not expecting profit when gambling is a good approach IMO. One day he might win, and wish him that with all my heart, but he doesn't count on that and that's a good thing.
