XMD is a cryptonote fork with some minor improvements. Development and improvements are ongoing and focus around the code and implementation of the cryptonote protocol. Just added the website  no white paper, this is just a fork. roadmap.. let me see.. I am very happy I managed to set it up and it works, and compiled all those wallets and even setup a pool for it that I am mining in it. Roadmap is to get more people to mine and use it to figure out more on how things work. If it gets to an exchange great! or I ll make my own exchange. So, roadmap : 1.Create an easy deployment script for the pool 2.Built a service similar to chainradar for the coin 3.Built an exchange , where you send some other altcoin and you receive back XMD at a fixed minimum price 4.Hopefully will get noticed and some exchange will get it like poloniex 5.Faucet 6.Some casino games Basically I just want to figure out how things work |

I mined over two million coins in a half hour with my shitty 6950.  The pool solved last block 10 minutes or so ago, seems like there is a problem with it. edit: Forks!  |

I mined over two million coins in a half hour with my shitty 6950. The pool solved last block 10 minutes or so ago, seems like there is a problem with it. Yeah i know, but it will useless and will be deadcoin in two days |

yes the supply is too much, will need to relaunch with less and no premine.

Too bad, would be an interesting experiment how exchanges would deal with such a high supply, especially when trading against BTC. Next time start at a slightly higher difficulty. |

If you will relaunch, you dont need to resync daemon so no one will throw their hash/electricity to something useless |

no, i mean, i deleted the blockchain from the pool daemon and let it reach the highest block, works ok now. not sure for how long! this short block time is killing the server i think. I am open to suggestions for a relaunch ! i could do an ICO where i get people to join a wordpress system or slack, but only like 1000 people max, premine 2% and distribute to them 1% and instruct them never to sell less than 1$ or something, what do you think? but supply will be something less obviously. Launch date there must be all sorts of pools, scripts, websites, twitter, games etc |

Please no ICO, keep it simple. Just start at a higher difficulty and maybe shorten the difficulty adjust time to prevent this crazy instamining (hundreds of blocks per minute is a bit much and will be a forkfest).
