TenX payment facilities which include the physical and virtual debit card can be used in almost 200 countries at over 36 million points of acceptance today.

So. I just discovered liqui and this coin. after a quick youtube search I bought it .  Then I went on the website ico.taas.fund and signed up. they specifically said in their rules that united states residents aren't allowed.  My 2 questions are

1.  Should I just ignore that rule (I'm brand new to crypto) ?

2. how do I claim dividends off of the coins I have purchased on the exchange ? I wasn't part of the ico.

can someone please help me out and answer this. I am so frustrated.

Your decision. Since know one will be able to know your identity you may even buy it from exchanges.
Afaik, US government wont take any action against you even if they come to know your identity. I'm not from US. you should know US rules better than me.

I think TaaS needs to get listed on a Exchange with more volume to get a price increase. Why would the team give priority to that? They won't benefit by a price increase of TaaS, they benefit by making money with the money raised  in ico. Can't blame them and happy as a TaaS holder they invest in ico's. If they make money the TaaS holders make money.

Another day passed, bounties didn't received.
Taas price is dropping as investors realising there is lack of transparency in taas management.
Many lies have been said by jamal and dimitri, The impostors were rewarded, the honest no (as ductch translator said)

I'm wondering (i'm very curious)  what the Arab friends think about of this situation, Are they considering to get out of the fund?

If the TAAS were redistributed to other bounty members as you said, why this translator 0x8c20dc09854b73ff36d3dd96236a7663f8c4fa6a received 317.4603175 TAAS and not more pro-rata as it supposed to be?

So Jamal, where are those 2443.064182 TAAS if they are not sent to davide72 and not redistributed to other translators? Total bounty was 20k.

And why the bounty address has still a balance of 2,668.416602 TAAS out of the 155,161.919608 TAAS (!!!) received?

Last night I sent a PM to dimitri to discuss about remaining bounties, but no  response..

I don't know when people understand what a manager is and what could a manager do.. that was clear from day one that I don't have not control over any kind of funds..

and TaaS price was 0.00103 yesterday and today it is 0.00107.

So, if I understand it correct, you are saying that the funds not given to the italians are still available and you are waiting from Dimitri to know what do with that.

Dimitri has stated multiples times that bounty payment is over: so once he understands that it's not over, you could arrange it.

I would appreciate in knowing from you, why the italians have not been rewarded, while the russians that used the same "team strategy" were paid.

I don't think Bittrex will add dividend-paying token, similar was the case earlier with Iconomi, getting TAAS on Kraken would be a real advantage since it has higher volume when compared with bittrex.

I don't think his price projection is based on any objectivity, the first thing first, has the value of their holdings grow, the value of the tokens too will grow. I'm still waiting for the launch of Kpeler app.

I can't really understand: on June 16, 2017, at 08:03:20 PM translators and moderators of the TaaS Italian thread said publicly that they did not receive the compensation for their work.
Even today, none of the designers of the TaaS project said anything in this TaaS official tread. But does the TaaS team still exist? Can we know something you said?
