Since We're in a bull run, It's hard to say. considering the fact that everything is just "going up" Today it's NEO, tomorrow it's IOTA...The list goes on and on. For Taas, It was at 110K sats at some point so I think the price is recovering just in time for a new ATH

Recently they invested bunch of ICOs. And they reported those invesments.

As far as I know, they contrbute promising ICOs during their crowd sales. For your question abut exchanges, they are trading altcoins on exchanges for sure. This also means they buy coins from the exchanges. They don't prefer make short positions.
