It would be great if you put a warning on the homepage stating that you are having difficulties at the moment and that you are working on it.

Anyways, for now on i will not buy again on your site because you lost my trust.... maybe if you do what i just said I may come back but for now I'm not

Agreed.  I just actually purchased off this site a few days ago without checking this thread first because it had a good reputation last time I checked.  Still haven't received the game I ordered, no response to emails.

Just a quick note to say that Ryan sent on the game code this evening, I activated it without issue. All in, it took just under a week. Not perfect, but not a scam. If Ryan manages to sort out handing out of the codes he could be on to something here.

You should have a warning about the timeframe beeing MORE than the promised 1 hour to 24 hour statment on your site...
The only thing you get is pissed off customers!

I purchased Diablo III two nights ago and received the game code within an hour of purchase. I purchased Child of Eden for the XBox about an hour later and I'm still waiting. I thought coming here would be encouraging and that this would be just a hiccup...

This is no way to run a business.  Sad

I like this site, looks good, many games and ordering was hassle free.

I really hope that the owner became a little bit faster with processing the orders. Ordered SCII:WoL, if the delivery time is acceptable I'll probably buy more from this site.

I used this site very early on and actually still play the game I have from time to time.

Maybe if the op puts up a queue number, or a little work into the backend to show if they are backed up or estimated time, I think they can restore confidence. If op wanted to bounce ideas off me I would be open to talking and maybe guiding them a bit.

Almost 4 days now and didn't receive my code yet, seems like he didn't became faster, something I really hoped for.

Like Gweedo mentioned, make it clearly visible how long someone should expect to wait, something like:

in stock (delivery <24h) -> sending the code could be done automatically
not in stock (delivery 1-3 days)

If it's not in stock, it's pretty easy to buy these codes instantly for less, so 3 days seems enough to get them. But I guess if it's clearly mentioned it could take up to 5 days, people won't complain either.
But get rid of this:

I don't want to be that irritating complaining customer, but I really think that you should do something about this. Most people will just use their creditcard, buy the game (cheaper if they look around) and get the game instantly. It was exactly 24 hours ago, I haven't received the steam code yet...
It seems it still takes days, you really should update the website to match your current processing time.
I'll post here when I'll get the code, so people know how much time it takes these days.
