Yes we like a bitcoin day listed in that list. But how will we know that which is the day of bitcoin. I it possible to find the invention day of the bitcoin? if yes then that day will be better to be a bitcoin day.
Or maybe the day when bitcoins are traded are most ! I think day can be decided easily but the problem in this is that people want to be private and if a day is celebrated it requires mass participation in real life which is almost impossible since people don't want to reveal their identity. I believe we need to celebrate when we have first Bitcoin mine we can celebrate this online without going to any where and without reveal our identity as we are doing this right now just need any social media page for start up |

It sounds great, we should have bitcoin day to get more attention of people and it will be very effective. By this more people come to know about bitcoin and excited to join the bitcoin community, more people join bitcoin will double the importance of bitcoin in the market and also gain trust of many investors and many people and companies invest their money.
So my vote is definitely YES !!

Something like World Bitcoin Day. I hope this will bring bitcoin to more attention. Edit : Poll added.Everyone is requested to vote. Yeah Indeed and we can celebrate that by pleding that unless too urgent.. on that day we will just use bitcoins only to buy/sell trade or everything. Basically I loved this idea and I am quite a bit fascinated by this. Any official news on this ? Sorry cannot read all the posts in 7+ pages. I hope this gets serious attention. |

The idea is great to have this kind of Bitcoin day. To organize or to invite people to attend this kind of event will attract people into Bitcoin World day. Even here in my country not all people knows bitcoin but once there will be a leader will organize this event, for sure they will attend.

I imagine a big festival in every capital city that adopt Bitcoin, filled with music concerts of famous bands, door prizes & all items offered there using bitcoin payments. It would be very nice if Bitcoin users gathered in the same place.
At least we should really intend to do so, because with "bitcoin day", will attract many people to know more about bitcoin.
Actually a crowdfunding can be made by users here and we give them a pass which enables them joining the party. I am sure when guys here spend so much if everyone just gives like 0.01 btc and we have around 100-200 users minimum (in starting) we can have a BIG party and everyone can keep themselves anonymous (as some users want privacy). |

Well I think it should be held in different places and country on the exact day for everyone to enjoy it and it can be a hustle free for anyone. |

For us to earn a bitcoin a day, we must have the full time in here. We must focus on our altcoins, and we must know what will be the best altcoin to use for. For others, they join in some signature campaign. Others invest a lot of money in bitcoins, large capital or profit for investment, large earnings, nevertheless, small capital can earn small amount of money.

It's a good idea. I can't vote but I say yes into this. But there should be something special on that day. Like maybe all casino accepting bitcoins giving promos, etc.
I think Bitcoins's Day just should't be limited to casinos and gambling sites man. The aim basic is the public involvement and hence maybe some sort of flags and all should be rallied on the cities and hence people get to know whats that. but the biggest problem is who will fund such things ? I always want to invite like members in a hotel and enjoy but money holds me back. |

We already have it, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1737083.0however many people still don't know, i think it's due to there is no celebration of the bitcoin's day, which is held on 3rd january. That's why we should celebrate it, like creating event, giveaway or something. And maybe sites owner giving promotion or discount at the day. I hope it will happen. |

This is a great suggestion for us, especially those bitcoin enthusiasts because we can now celebrate bitcoin day and have a great specific date where we can do a lot of things like giveaways or a small contest with a small prize but the prizes don't matter because the main thing that is concern on bitcoin day is all about fun and celebration . |
